A millions and millions times hats off to you for showing us this awesome beast. I am really impressed by your honest feedback. May god almighty always blesses you with health wealth and prosperity and a healthy long life full of love and guffaws of laughter.
I like its look without the windscreen, though wonder how much of a disadvantage it would be to run without one. Spartan, is there a reason you hadn't installed it for the video?
The Himalayan currently does not have ABS, although some Himalayan's in other parts of the world might due to their own regulations and standards for those regions.
From what I've read, the ABS version was first released in Europe, and is only now being rolled out in India. I haven't found any news of their plans with respect to the US market.
As a real adventure bike ? overall...i would keep the Pirelly tires and the chain. The rest is due to maintenace and repair every other week or so. Cheap but crap
One of the best all around reviews for this bike

Cant believe they stopped at 24 HP, with 30 HP this bike becomes freeway worthy and would have killed all competition.

Currently the 2018 does not have ABS.
EU market model has ABS, it isn't technically switchable but the fuse can supposedly be removed.
2020 model has it switchable.
