Pastor Mike, thank you. I do miss my grandparents deeply. They were guiding souls here on earth when they were alive. I do miss my Uncle Curt. He was the dad I wished I would have. There loss here is keenly felt, and I am glad they are with Jesus. I had never thought of it this way before, but you are right. If I could choose to have them looking out for me or looking at Jesus, I'd take the later. I'll get to be with them soon enough, but for now, living with the memories will suffice. My husband , as a believer, died in Christ and is now in heaven. I am also a believer and in Christ, and Christ is in me. The Bible says nothing, including death, can separate us from His love. It is a mystery, but somehow, we are still one in Christ, and our love still lives on. This connection is real and brings comfort.❤️
As someone who has dealt with intense grief, I really appreciate the thoughtful approach you took with your answer. I have never thought of this perspective. We tend to get caught up in what brings us comfort, rather than remembering what heaven means for our loved one.
As a mom who lost her only son ... I was hoping you would say “yes”!! But, after hearing your explanation, I understand- we want them happy and joyful and not see all the turmoil we are going thru... it just hurts so very much!!! The pain is more than I can handle at times ...and not to see him is very painful ...

Although this brought some tears to my eyes it was not really your response that did it. I think your response helped me. I’m taking care of my 88 yr old dad after mom left us on 8/2020. She was afraid to leave because “what will happen to dad”. I reassured her he will be taken care of because that’s why I moved back. I have thought is she watching & upset I don’t do everything the way she always wanted it. You gave me relief to know I can do some things my way. Thank you.

Now he he fights against me. If we have angels to help us, then it is just as feasible that there are demons working against us. In my case, the angels have lost, and the demons have won.

You haven't lost someone, your brother was just a baby, you did not bond with him neither your father in low pastor. My mother is my angel now and she's really protecting me And I'm a firm believer of Jesus . And born again Christian I don't think you have experienced any of this. I disagree 100% and I even have proof that my late mother spirit is with me.

People sleep in the grave until the resurrection according to the bible. They're at peace. They are at rest. When Jesus comes He will awaken them.
