I adore Clinique mascara so it's nice to see someone mention it. I think it's underrated on TH-cam. It doesn't clump, it doesn't smudge and it makes your lashes look amazing.

If you use the pomade and use a TINY amount while using small light strokes while brushing the product out with the spooly, it makes the eyebrows look beyond natural!
Im glad someone else knows. I LOVE the pomade because u can be soo natural and soo intense with one product. Its all about how much u put on the brush/how hard u apply it
I try and do a light hand but I can't lol I'm so upset cause the staying power is amazing I just can never do a light hand
I was about to point that out, the key is to NOT take a whole chunk of the pomade on the brush as if you're doing eyeliner with a gel liner. Take a small bit of it, smudge it on the back of your hand (or any surface that works for you), making sure to leave tiny traces of the product on the brush and gently stroke through the brows. The point is to sheer it out as much as you can. It takes a bit more effort than you normally would want to put in early in the morning lol
Yeah it's literally my number one holy grail product! I don't know where I'd be without it :') lol!
Yuni Joon May I ask what brush you use to apply it? I cant seem to find a good brush... I know some people like to use super sharp and thin eyeliner brush to literally "carve out" the brows, but I tend to like a more fuller, natural looking brows which is.. quite hard to do with a thin eyeliner brush.
So glad I picked up that Sol de Rio bronzer when you first hauled it! I love it so much, and I don't think I'll ever run out!

The trick to the dipbrow is to barely dip your brush in, then wipe off the excess product/work into the brush on the inside of the lid. Use a light hand and and gently brush it on in little strokes. Looks completely natural. It also really helps to use two colors, but that is true with any product. I don't even like my brows as defined as yours and I love it. Stays put and looks exactly the same until you take it off.

I was literally saying "YAAAAASSSSS" when you mentioned the Clinique mascara!! I have been using it since my mother would allow me to wear mascara (around 12-13). I use one coat of it with one coat of Estee Lauder's Sumptious Bolding Mascara - basically a volumizing mascara, you can literally ask for a free sample. People think I'm wearing false eyelashes and are amazed that they are real! :)
I am a makeup artist and I completely agree with you on the eyebrows!!! I don't like that super sharp thing that's trending right now, and I honestly can't wait till it goes away. I like natural, full eyebrows that actually look like eyebrows.

OMG! You're the first beauty blogger I've watched that talks about that Clinique mascara.. It's one of the first beauty products I ever owned because my mom always used to (and still does) buy Clinique products, and she would always give me the little free samples she got with her purchases. There was ALWAYS that mascara with the freebies! I stopped buying it recently because I want to try out more brands and find one I like better, but I swear I'm going to buy the Clinique one when I run out of my currents because UGH, it's just the best mascara I have ever used! No clumping, good volume, and great for everyday use if you don't want your lashes to be like BAM in your face!

I personally LOVE the maybeline lash sensation mascara. It gives the PERFECT full fan falsies effect in 2 coats! Plus, its no clump and inexpensive.

Dip brow with a flat soft eyeliner brush makes it look super natural. I also go a few shades lighter. I have black hair and asian, but i use soft brown dip brow!

I want to thank you for all the time you put in to filming videos and helping us learn more about enhancing our natural beauty! I am 50 yrs old and just really started getting into makeup this past January and you are definitely one of my favorites! The only thing I can't figure out how to do is a cat eye! My skin is much older and a bit more squished together (aka wrinkled) and I seem to be unable to master the cat eye! Any hints? Keep doing what you do! Your genuine heart shines through!!

I love these favorites. I dont have a lot of money to justify spending on highend makeup but I do have a lot of these same ones. I just got the Chocolate Bar Pallette yesterday and am in LOVE with it already.
First off I can't help but wonder if Selene really did want to go out outside looool. Is NARS Madly at all comparable to Milani blush in Luminoso? I'm so tempted to buy it but I won't if it gives the same effect.

I know you're asking Kathleen but I would recommend the tarte Bon voyage set since you'll get more than just a palette (lip products and sample size face products). It's kind of like more bang for your buck. The tarte shadows are super pigmented.
If you're only interested in a palette, the chocolate bar is good for every day neutrals..
Sorry I'm not Kathleen but I think it depends on what kind of colors you want. If you can, do some research around the internet (like google image search) and look for swatches of the shadows and choose the one that you like best on your skintone.

I also think it's a good idea to read up on reviews you can find from google searching. I think though the Too Faced Chocolate Bar (also there's a Semi-Sweet version that's new) has been out for a long time and a lot of people love it, the other threes are much more new and are less likely to have a lot of reviews on them.
I'm not Kathleen either but I would recommend getting one of the holiday sets because there limited edition and you won't have a chance to get them again whereas the chocolate bar palette I'm pretty sure is permanent so you could buy it later on. Then again I haven't tried any of this products (Ireland does stock any but the nars and UD!)

YES girl! Makeup Forever HD is my favorite!!! It was amazing for my engagement shoot! I also use a t in my tutorials on my channel. If your skin gets dry add a little loreal true match lumi to it and I think it gives you a glow similar to the Armani foundation.

Does anyone know of a cruelty-free alternative to the MAC Prolong wear concealer? I would really love to find a great concealer but as someone who doesn't buy from brands who test on animals, my options are a bit limited.

The Maybelline Big mascara is a dupe for the Clinique mascara. It makes your lashes so long with a little bit of volume, and you can pack the layers on and it will never clump! It's been my holy grail mascara for years now, and it is a great everyday mascara.
