wth so messed up to heechul. they make me mad. its harder for people who are shy and more timid, i mean i am shy and timid and its easy to say "oh build your self-confidence" but do they know how hard it is or how long the process is to be able to do build it, i go through it myself so i can understand. they should be helping him build confidence n tell him his strong points not be assholes and make him feel like crap, that doesnt help at all n does the opposite thing...
A teacher shouldnt be like that...if someone like him being shy or something a teacher should encourage him with his plus points not like this..when it became like this ,they could feel like they are nothing..may be my comment us too late to this incident but I really felt annoying ...Admiration can make a person much more successful better than punishments..
don't blame managers. they try to help him... heechul the one make slow progress... from the first episode you can see how teachers and their sunbaes told him to be more confident...
2pm will not be famous without their hard work , so ZE:A ,, each has it's own world and hard work to reach their dreams and they did work hard to prepare what they are in now ,,

We can see how much effort ZE:A put in to debut and make it to where they're now, no firsts yet, but we can only hope and give them support. Junyoung is a really great leader. Heechul doesn't have much determination here yet, thats why the managers are so harsh.
Its funny when Hyungsik say he feel small because he's so tall :3 but in terms of confidence, hard work and team work here, 2PM wins by alot because they've been through hot blood days.
