Yea when I saw charms I instantly lost my interest by themself of legend affixes gives more than 2x multiplier . Guide is simply max lvl your runes and geç decent items then get those impossible charms. I hate Devs like why you would do this you complete NERF a system for new players with that stupid amount

That melee dmg link rune, it says cannot apply dot, what does it mean? Your Wheel slash cant use dot now?
Cannot apply normal dot like Venom (poison), Bleed (phys), and Burn (Fire). WS 's dot is different so it still works with WS.
