Hey there, just found your channel enjoyed the video lots of good info here. I'm curious when you did your laps on the other wheels were you also using an H-Pattern shifter? Did you have audio when you did those laps on the other wheels? H-Pattern vs paddle shifters on the other wheels could have made the lap time difference itself and you kind of handicapped yourself with no audio cues.
Yes I had manual shifter on the other wheels. You can see me use them on the Logitech vs. Thrustmaster video. On all the timed laps I had full audio because I wasn’t recording dialogue at that time.
I was going to buy v9 but if I'm going cheap I might as well just get the tmx upgrade to the 3 pedals a shifter I think that would run me Amazon $250(I think) unless game stop does some crazy sale I would probably spend $200
Hey i was gonna buy a v9 soon but then i kept seeing reviews about it it said it wasnt that good so i was thinking getting a v99 or a v10 so can you make a review about one of them
I was considering getting this(only for) ETS 2 and city car driving on the pc, no racing games the only thing that worries me are the pedals as they seem kinda flimsy. Do you think they'll hold out or any ideas how to get more resistance to them?
You might be able to get some kind of spring places in there, but that’s not intended. Pedal box is all plastic. That being said, the cheap Thrustmaster pedals aren’t much better.
I used this on ETS 2, City car driving, GTA 5 modded, and CarX Drift. works pretty well on this game especially ETS 2 and City car Driving, On CarX I'm having a hard time drifting without assist cause you need FFB on that but if you use it with assist it works like a charm.
@@MotorFriend Actually got the set with the h shifter some months ago and the gas pedal started giving trouble and I had to open it up to fix it, other than that it works fing though I haven't used in in awhile.
Taking a peak at that, it looks like a repackaged version of this wheel, but the shifter has an exposed gate instead of the rubber boot. Doubt there is force feedback. The only “cheap” wheel with FF I haven’t been able to try yet is the new Hori DLX.
Haven’t anything go wrong like that. They definitely don’t feel like they would take a whole lot of punishment, but it doesn’t take much pressure to depress them fully anyway.
Yoo its 2023 and this thing now cost 90$ in my country... Im broke af soo im considering this as my first wheel
Where?
they have there own app btw
Not all is focefeedback

The only problem is that the TM shifter is stupid expensive on its own
@@MotorFriend yeah
Hi, nice and informative video. How did you tilt down the wheel from the 15-degree angel?
My stand is on an adjustable arm so I was just able to rotate the whole thing.
@MotorFriend thanks, I thought i missed some features about the wheel.

You should buy the g29 since the pxn v99 and v10 is close to the price of the g29. It's a very good wheel
♥️
pedals are buttons or an axle?
My shifter not working on ps4 why
It wouldn't make sense to get this when you can pick up a used G20 for under $200. These days.

Do you think the shifter works with need for speed
Heat has shifter support but not clutch
Hey bro, can you review the asa-a990 it's cheap but it has a forcefeedback

wow
Hey hows it after a week? Ive heard alot of bad things about the pedals not working properly after a week
