the tool doesn't determine how long it stay. The products you put beforehand and how healthy your hair and texture is that determines the hold. Setting the curls with rollers also makes it last way longer than just curling on it's own.
I had the Dyson for 5 years and then it broke down. For the price, it was so disappointing. When I sent it to their official repair service they couldn’t fix it either. If I do purchase another multistyler, it won’t be the Dyson.
I’m watching these reviews because after 1.5 years of Dyson wrap it constantly shuts off, even after cleaning the filter. Very disappointing for the $$$. I give up and am looking for something like it because it is a great curler and curls last next day.
My friend spent like 400 on a Dyson air wrap and we put it up against my mom's 30 year old Revlon iron. Can't even compare.. Dyson curls were flat and lifeless. They lasted about an hour or two that evening. The old Revlon curls lasted around 4 hours and lost little to no bounce. Edit: I feel like I should add the fact that a classic iron can give you volume way further up the strand than an air wrap device which gives more of an overnight curler vibe.
It's not the right comparison.. The airwrap and Flexy are not intendet to be a curling iron. It's supposed to give you curls using hot air instead of direct heat which is supposed to be a lot less damaging to your hair. Also it's used for other styles, not only curls. If hair damage is not a concern for you, or you don't think the price is worth it for minimizing the hair damage, that's cool. But don't expect curling iron results because you can't match direct heat with hot air.
Lol what technology difference when they do the same thing. Sharks the same just cheaper. Plus the 90 degree bend is a cool pro for the top of your head!
Why did you manipulate those tools in different ways and then you said oh Dyson works better? Of course because you didn’t use at the same way. Be honest!
I have alot of Dyson products just not this one but for the price u would think that their fans would come with a reusable filter but no and we have like 5 of them so thats alot of money on filters lol i knw completely off subject 😅
Veo el shark mas grande que dayson en tamaño. Osea me pregunto cual de las dos pesa mas?. Eso es importante para mi ya que tengo problemas con el tunnel carpiano.
I keep looking at these videos of the shark and people are so defensive of the dyson omg 😂😂 like guys most of us cannot afford £500 😮! Like good for you but stop being so rude about the shark omg 😂
I have them both and the Shark doesn’t seem to hold the curl like the Dyson does for me. I use the Dyson and the curls are gone by the next morning and with the Dyson they last for days. I cannot figure out why this happens on my hair I would think they would be the same but there is a definite difference on my hair.
😢 i have been debating on which one to buy dyson or shark everyone says they work the same but that shark gets hotter and thats why the curls/blowout lasts longer... but that means that it damages the hair and dyson do the less less damage to hair ... can you tell me if you agree with this or totally recommend shark fully. Because the influencers. Have videos with both and they don't really say which one they actually recommend
I hate both and wouldn’t even want it if it was free 😬 My hair is too long for either to work and they do nothing for me- and when I saw long, I mean long. I have almost 4 ft of hair. My Conair is the best- I have one that’s $20 and the other is $50.
Dyson is $599 and comes with 7 tools and Shark is $250 and you can pick and choose what tools you want (3) or pay like $300 and get all five or six tools
The shark one does it for me
I have extra thin hair, and the Dyson fell out in around 15-30 minutes of slow walking! When I tried shark, it lasted for 1-2 days
Ty, you helped me a lot

Fun fact: Shark snatched the patent from Dyson hence why they were able to come out with the Flexstyle without being sued lol
How did they snatch the patent?
That is a fun fact 😅😊😊
@@FC-hj9ubpatents don’t last forever
I was considering buying a new hair appliance and this was very helpful. THANK YOU. Your hair looks lovely and voluminous. ❤
Thank you ☺️ So glad this was helpful!
You didn’t mention the 90 degree angle functionality on the shark at all
which side lasted longer?

Flexed out for sure… It’s half the price for the same result
flexed out? 💀 its flexstyle
I said what I said

You realize washers and fridges go out just as fast now!? I think 5 years is pretty good.
@@missjanelove it’s not like I used it every day, unlike a fridge. That’s why I wouldn’t repurchase.
shark on top!! shark is not so expensive and it’s underrated while dyson cost so much and overrated! shark gives the same results!
Shark are technology thieves?
I would never spend what the Dyson wants for thst
The price is why I never bought the Dyson. But I did want it. Good think shark came out with this ❤

The dyson is way less damaging than any flat/curling iron. That’s a big thing on why it’s so popular
@@matthiasungar5063 in my personal opinion I would rather spend less money and get the job done right.

Just got Dyson air wrap and it is really amazing 💁🏼♀️
I'm just going to say that I like Shark vacuums better than Dyson they work better for me so I may prefer the shark
If the result is the same, I dont see any reason to buy the dyson.
Dyson doesnt damage the hair as much as the shark
Airwrap is better for your hair! I love the airwrap!!!

You are beyond beautiful! You have such gorgeous features Mashallah! 😍 love all of your videos! ♥️
I’m gonna have to disagree with Dyson tech being better overall. It’s overpriced. Not better. And the product is nearly identical.
Veo el shark mas grande que dayson en tamaño. Osea me pregunto cual de las dos pesa mas?. Eso es importante para mi ya que tengo problemas con el tunnel carpiano.
Do they both hold up the same?
Shark for sure it looks way better
Okk but the Dyson definitely saves more time and way more easy to use
Shark it's perfect and cheaper
Costco have both and with costco warranty I will buy the shark
I keep looking at these videos of the shark and people are so defensive of the dyson omg 😂😂 like guys most of us cannot afford £500 😮! Like good for you but stop being so rude about the shark omg 😂
Dyson all the way

what
What can you re elaborate 😢
what is ur haircut name please?
It looks like just basic layers, maybe a butterfly cut?
How do you keep the curls curly?
Hairspray
Dyson should damage less your hair. Less hot so shark would keep longer results
Do the curls last with Dyson ???
If you put good hairspray in then I think they’ll last
Dyson did not work for my hair... will see if shark does waiting delivery

The dyson because it doesn’t get as hot and shark's never stated anything about the temperature settings.

ok its not our fault , dysons or shraks that your hair is too long. you might as well just cut it off if ur mad like chill
Not because is Dyson that will mean is better o lol is more about paying for a Lebel
Not every Dyson product is good
Shark is better since they work really hard and it won’t cause and heat sagas to your hair
This was the worst review ever - didn’t even talk about the features of either product 🤦♀️

I see kerastase

Why do you keep pursing your lips???
