I have never hearth of gaining weight to transfer it to another body zone. The body has a natural disposition where fat goes. If you are taking hormones, I guess other rules apply. I am not a doctor or anyone quality to give you advice, but I learned that it's very important to work with professionals who work with TG individuals.

The thing about this surgery is tat it shifts around the cell count in those areas that are being worked on, so any subsequent weight gained or lost is allocated differently than before the surgery.
