I'm a big ZW fan and I like the Odin Blizzard, the Iron Works Barbarian, and the Nomad Redrum, but I'm concerned with the neck thickness. I've heard they are HUGE like baseball bats and I understand Zakk has big hands, but I'm concerned they wouldn't be comfortable or playable for me. Thoughts? I also don't like that he doesn't have locking tuners. It's 2025...I shouldn't have to wrap the string around the post and worry about how many winds, etc. Locking tuners make string changes so much easier.
So a couple of things….my buddy doesn’t have big hands but he played mine so much he finally purchased one. He hasn’t regretted it since and will never sell it. He got the white Odin blizzard I think it’s called. They are just fun to play. Yes, the neck IS big but not unplayable. As far as the tuners go, I love locking tuners myself but seriously, these guitars stay in tune so well I rarely think about it. They also aren’t affected by temperature changes. If it’s extreme hot or cold outside or during transport to rehearsal or a show…..these are usually the guitars that get to go.

It’s absolutely incredible in person. The video doesn’t do it justice really. Very reminiscent of the Zemaitis guitars
