Indeed my Rabbi. It is a gift from the ALMIGHTY.
I still remember my last Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur in Ztvat with you. It was electrifying, intense and holy. I miss being under your teaching.
May HASHEM redeem Am Israel and bring the Meshiakh.

Great message. Testimony; A person seen me in public and straight away he got out of a lunch line and with many people standing around in a loud voice asking forgiveness. I said for what? He found out 2 years ago his thoughts against me was incorrect and was not able to sleep for two years. He said he has been looking for me for 2 years. Apparently, Hashem told him he will not sleep until he is forgiven. I love how Rabbi talks!

Baruch Hashem I took upon myself to do last year & doing again this year Ta'anit Dibbur for the 10 Days of Teshuvah.
I haven't been 100% perfect with it, but very close. I only text and don't talk on the phone and even write notes to give in person if I have to. I do Ta'anit Dibbur every Shabbat!

Your boot camp helped in so many miraculous ways, thanks. It was divine timing. I apologize if I have hurt you or anyone by what I have done, or have failed to do, by what I have said, or what I have failed to say, since last Yom Kippur. I promise to improve my ways in the coming year, and I ask for your forgiveness as we enter Yom Kippur. G'mar hatimah tovah! May you be sealed in the Book of Life!

Baruj Hashem for some of us, was a wonderful year. And this year could be better. Because we are focused on Emuna and bitajon.
Only because Hashem's mercy we can have simja.
We are closely following your shiurim. Definitely you have been a BIG help for us.
    B"H this year is greater.

It makes me concerned that people are speaking Lashon Hara about me, because, even if I am on the high road, or, more right than another person, for some reason, my presence, or the fact that another person is so upset about me that they are speaking Lashon Hara about me, they are speaking Lashon Hara. Yes, they are being tried and they are failing the trial, and they must suffer the consequences for their actions, but I don't ever want to be uncompassionate about their suffering, like the story about the calf and the sage. I want to always be understanding that the sin is a symptom, and the sinner is suffering, and, but for the grace of HaShem, go I. We all have a purpose, but we must all be grateful that our purpose is not, at least, at this time, that of one who suffers for their purpose. I love you, Rav, and I love your story, your life, and your style, and I am so glad I get to see you teach.

I can tell you from experience there are some people that you tell G-d that you forgive and you let it go. And you never tell them. I used to make a list of people who I had problems with and had problems with me and use the entire month of Elul to apologize. But some people it’s best to let them remain cut and believe that they are cut off. It’s best for many reasons. Apologizing and then holding them to a boundary just creates new problems. New gossip, new assumptions, new aiyn hara etc. 35:50

You are very right, the person who hurt me the most in this life doesn’t acknowledge that she has hurt me, she justifies as: because I am so “ lucky “, she trash talked me just to make “ justice “, to level things up, she called me in her house to celebrate my ex boyfriend breaking up with me and to rub on my face that she was married to the love of her life and with two children, I consoled myself by saying: it was the will of Heaven. Best wishes to all humanity

Much like the saying "People get the gov't they deserve." so to do we get the Judgement we deserve. Sometimes this makes me angry and/or confused, but at the end of the day, I know that, ultimately, G-d causes the good and not so good things to happen in my life for a reason. I try to learn (and be a better person) from all of it!

My dear divineangel, don't answer here, but think for a minute. What does your purse represent to you, or what's in it that you fear losing? I had my purse's contents stolen off my bed while I was sleeping by a horrid ex-roommate and he also took my phone, full of pics of my dad before he died. I survived, but am still very angry about it-something I've got to work on.
Perhaps before bed, take the important contents out and slip them into coat pockets where no one would ever think to look. Change purses often. Maybe this stuff would lessen your anxiety and you will sleep and rest.
How is your life being threatened? Literally or figuratively?

Thankyou. Could someone clarify something that confuses me a little please. How can we ask for forgiveness if someone has passed away? Have heard several things, but haven’t really understood because the explanations were a simple statement as opposed to anything I could start to apply.
Thankyou for the lecture and breaking things down into reality and situations we actually have. Not only that you also break things down into understandable ways of rectifying things and bringing us closer to Hashem. (By not explaining what we can do to help ourselves we inadvertently become blindingly estranged form Hashem, and a blind person isn’t going to see the pitfalls before them. I totally agree with the lack of education on the how to do teshuva. Been looking for the past few years and that is something that does seem to get glossed over. Plenty explain to do it, not heard anyone say anything other than there’s 4 steps (sometimes 3, depending on the speaker): so please please could you teach us the step by step process and also let us know if it is the same process for every sin or not))
    Thankyou for everything you do.

First off are you Jewish because I don't know for sure if it applies to you if you aren't. You go to their grave with 10 kosher observant men and say I did so and so sin and to forgive me. I think this applies to women, too. I don't know the details and I'm not sure Rabbi Anava will see this message to answer it.

The contractions a woman has, men don’t FEEL. So sorry I hear this comparison way too often everywhere. It seems to me, men are véry astounded by what they’ve witnessed. No comparison with the coming of Messiah though. We don’t go back, to the “the womb“. When Messiah comes, it will be Glorious and Precious. 🕊 I hope you don’t mind, me writing this….shalom shalom.

So the chicken? It's supposed to be alive when you toss it? And you can't just toss a pack of cut chicken? Ik this seems like a joke. But it's not. This is the 1st time I've heard of tossing a chicken. Tyvm for the teachings.

And if you want to argue, then argue with the Rambam who writes in Laws of Teshuvah 3rd chapter, 6th Halacha -

Only The INSANE Would Want To Be Resurrected, And To Live Amongst These Nitwits Again.
