but like rushindra said, an org doesn't become profitable, rather they monetize the lineup as asset. Particularly BgMI org cannot become profitable unless they stop providing huge salaries and bring them down to just like corporate jobs. I find it funny when esports athlete flex gucci prada, its soo temporary coz orgs are not earning from them. Give them a cap of 40-50k a month, that too a top player.....but let them earn their sponsorship which can only come if they perform well and create their fan base, just like johnny becoming a red bull athlete. Keep esports athlete open for their personal sponsorship and let them earn their audience and sponsorship

the thing is beast ninja and slug wanted to stick with arcyln in the setup but the demanded salary was far too much that could be offered, they also might’ve pitched the idea of him being the main player IGL, but the thing is its not fair he isn’t the deserving one for the position rest said I think arclyn has helped these players reach here but he has got his share bit of money, fame, platform now he can’t survive all his life on them right? he needs to learn to let go of them at a good point. and start over in some other direction maybe as a coach, mentor, manager, cc or if he wants as a player, go underground pick players and prove, but don’t fk up the team ofc they want to stand by their words with you ki ap ke sath aye hai apke sath rahengey but be smart! smartly you can help everyone, foolishly you can help no one.

Players bhi bache fans bhi bache
Because in india they still think its a game to chill but they are forgetting its just like cricket
Just indoor and outdoor difference both are games
Tbh 50,000 is a good salary because you are an underdog you have to prove you own worth and then you can ask for more and from coming to 0 revenue to 50,000 revenue is perfect and even everything is also given by the org so why more salary you want !
Bgmi community is ruined simply because of players were overpayed in past and that's what it's hunting them in present.
One of the reasons
BGMI community is ruined because of Chandgude brothers, they are paying 3 lakh a month to below-average players. Worst thing happened to BGMI eSports after Scout and Neyoo.
me changing playback speed when vatsal is speaking vs others (just a joke) :)
pocket se kar raha hu !!! Z ka owner hu !!! have been sponsoring underdogs
After watching this my respect for GE is super high ❤💯
the thing is beast ninja and slug wanted to stick with arcyln in the setup but the demanded salary was far too much that could be offered, they also might’ve pitched the idea of him being the main player IGL, but the thing is its not fair he isn’t the deserving one for the position rest said I think arclyn has helped these players reach here but he has got his share bit of money, fame, platform now he can’t survive all his life on them right? he needs to learn to let go of them at a good point. and start over in some other direction maybe as a coach, mentor, manager, cc or if he wants as a player, go underground pick players and prove, but don’t fk up the team ofc they want to stand by their words with you ki ap ke sath aye hai apke sath rahengey but be smart! smartly you can help everyone, foolishly you can help no one.
Great informative video 👏🏻
Glad you liked it❤️💙
9:10 spower is different 😂
Can you name all the 18 orgs that close their operations in bgmi??
