@@cy4624 right...like good luck ever hitting somebody with that in an actual fight. Took about seconds from start to finish. Dude would have been knocked clean out by then lol. Plus these machine are more about where you hit the bag. Its not a proper measurement at all. I hit people a lot harder in actual fights than I can on the machine compared to them hitting the machine harder but nowhere close to that in the fight. It's all just for show and to boost peoples egos lol

@@jchase5468 His form was by no means perfect, he can punch decently fast and he has decent explosiveness, but he's still throwing an arm punch and that's it. You punch from the ground up, so both feet should be on the ground when the punch is thrown for maximum balance, this means you can get maximum twist and therefore maximum speed and force appliance. His foot not only came off the floor, but it came off the floor rather fast which shows his upper body is very disconnected from his lower body, basically his lower body can't properly handle what his upper body is wanting to do, it's two different levels of athleticism, so his foot and balance is then thrown off.
