Recently got the turtle doves and it's been my grail shoe. Very versatile and comfortable as hell. Been wearing them non stop!
For me I just grew up!! Especially after Covid!! Clothes and shoes just aren’t as important as when I was in high school and college!! Now I just go to work and go home!! I never have time to wear crazy color way shoes! I just want some general releases jeans and a black tee!! I’m done with resellers and bots!!

Just bought the Beluga Refelctives and I gotta say I'm really glad I did. For me it's as if I purchase any Yeezy 350s it'd be "OG" colorways if I were to purchase them (Belugas, Zebras, etc.). But I'm good with little pairs in my collection since I know I'll wear them rarely.

I still rock 350’s but I never got to wear them when they were hot because I could never get my hands on them but now that everyone’s off that wave I felt like it was the right time to hop on 🌊 😮💨

the 350's are comfortable everyday errand shoe that look good, they replaced the Roshe Runs and a bit more fashionable than the ultra-boost
I got my Yeezy on rotation. I love how they look and are super comfortable. I buy shoes and clothes for me and how it makes me feel. I don’t care what other people think.

I am still rocking Ultraboost. But I’m in for the thrill of hunting for the sneakers (like the old days) aka hitting on sneakers for retail.
I rock 350s because I still like the look of them. They’re still comfortable asf. The loose goose laces are still fire. And the shoe brings good memories from 2016
Over here in the UK, I wear my OG triple white 350s as my every day, they give comfort and style and over here you don't see them as much still so you can still spot the sneaker head in the crowd. A lot of trainers don't hit the same as in the US and we barely get any of the releases you guys do

The only 350 I would wear are honestly the OG colorways, I recently got the Beluga Reflectives! They look good and brings back nostalgia when the 1.0 first released in 2016
Shoes go along with whatever fashion trends are. Yeezys went crazy during the Jerry Lorenzo era because they were the perfect shoe for those type of fits. When you buy a shoe you envision what you would wear with it depending on what is in style. What's popular today goes with what fashion trends are popular today. I'll still rock whatever I like personally and goes with my style but I'm for sure loving these low resell prices so keep them coming. Belugas are one of my grails and to be able to get them for 300-400 is not something I'm complaining about. Forget the hype wear what you LIKE
Some people are saying jordan 1s arent popular anymore but im always gonna want a pair in my rotation and lots more in my collection. Easy to rock, timeless look, and personally one of my favorite silhouettes. Trends come and go to the point you cants always keep up. You wanna be original then find some you like and just stick with it.
Feel the same as far as the like it want topic. Lately I look at my collection I’m like damn I liked this shoes but don’t want it now? So i question every release now and almost end up passing on many shoe releases.
Also i still wear 350s because to me it’s the most comfortable shoe I’ve put on my feet. Usually a vacation style shoe, recently went to Spain and took my pirate black V1s and couldn’t complain on the amount of walking I did. So comfort and style for sure
those J1 TS highs look good, I think I need them. I bought the lows for the color blocking but the highs actually look good in this video

Still rocking Jordan models 2-17 along with NBs!🙄 Feel sad for the people that only follow trends and only have Yezzy and Dunks in their rotation. I use to want every release but now I look at kicks if I see myself still wearing the shoe 5-10 plus years from now and clothes I buy things now I can wear repeatedly and piece easily differently, different jackets denim , pants, etc

For the whole resale business, You gotta do it different in order to keep the sales in check, I know a place called Bank of Hype that would do Used Shoes sales not often but at the same time often. They are able to bring people in.
I’m not gonna cap i bought 4 pairs of mnml pants last month and i had to return 4 of them for example there “woodland camo” cargos were on sale so I bought one and they were legit Walmart quality or even worse I returned them the next day then there “tech cargo pants” looked NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO they were not even cargo material they were a super thin waterproof jacket material then there zipper 2 cargo pants that look also nice in the photo but when I got em in they were really shiny and cheap looking
For shoes these days, it’s either if I don’t hit for retail, then, I’m not going to get it until later on for resell when it drops lower. Learning to read and watch the market.
I’m focusing on life goals, and so shoe isn’t much of a priority at the moment

Got a pair of OG turtles recently and it's been my grail for years. I disagree with the take that you should only wear shoes that seem special or hyped for other people. Wear what you like regardless of what anyone says🤷🏽♂
Ye did his thing and provided anyone who wants yeezys to get them, but in my opinion they became the new vans or panda dunks where everybody is wearing them. As someone who likes sneakers and like to be different and not copying trends all the time, i rotate through my collection knowing those are the pairs i like and not because its trending at the moment. Yeezys and off whites should be left back in 2017 and bring back nike elites and basketball sneakers with jeans 😂

Just copped the carbon yeezy 350 v2 and the royal blue ones, tbh I rock them because of comfort , got a pair of foam runners aswell and 2 pairs of slides, yzy gotta be the most comfortable brand the past 7 years we gotta give him that, as for the gap line I didn’t like any of the clothes , too lazy imo
I also have 3 things I consider when buying sneakers
1. Do I have sneakers the same colorway ( 2 per colorway max ex. Chicago 1s and Bred 1s is enough red for me )
2. I wear mostly jeans or slim tracksuits so what makes the pants look the best
3. Justify the price tag based on what I need/ and what I get paid

All more the reason I stick with vans, literally only wear sk8 his, sk8 lows, old Skools, era/authentics. 5 different models, tons of colors but I usually just stick with the classic colors, some Levi 511 slims with a vintage shirt and flannel. Literally cannot go wrong. Why I think vintage is better than shoes. Vintage has its hyped up shirts just like everything else, but also you can wear basically what you want, it doesn’t matter on hype for the most part. And vintage holds its value, market does change but it doesn’t like shoes.
and for me, I’d rather buy 3-5 pairs of decent shoes rather than paying for one of anything. Same with vintage I’d rather buy 10 vintage faded Harley Davidson shirts rather than one vintage marvel mega print.
