I have this system, purchased in 1st week of launch. This system is perfect approach for gaming/movie /music experience. For proper surround sound on the OTT or VLC media player use AAC3 codec blu-ray movies for complete 3D sound experience. Note that HDMI ARC/optical are only source for getting 3D surround sound. For connecting it to laptop via HDMI, laptop must support DOLBY audio output, use Dolby app in laptop for configuration. Keep these settings while watching movie center 0, surround +3 or +4 Subwoofer -2 and mode movie and volume is good at 20 or max 25, end less experience you will have at your home. I personally enjoy allot played games Like Battlefield 4/5, COD MW4/ MW2., Crysis. All these games were played with surround sound setting. One more important thing bluetooh doesn't support surround sound. All speaker will give normal regular output (no 3D decoding). Also, The old ports (commonly known as Tosslink) which look literally the same as the new S/PDIF ones used copper connection, while these new ones use fiber optics and are extensively used for high bandwidth audio. Even the IMAX theatres use the same optical ports and cables to power up the proprietary IMAX audio systems.
Everything aside, the one big problem with Zebronics is that they use ICs which are not available in the market for repairs. My cousin had a unit that costed about 10k, and the IC blew up. When we asked in the market for repair, everyone siad that the ICs for Zebronics are not avaialble and are always susceptable to blowing up, and when we contacted the service center, they told the cost to be around 6k. That's ridiculous. The entire 3rd party repair market said to buy a different brand speaker, and not zebronics.

Well same for big brands too. They all use their own chip or custom chip if their sound system has a processor. For audio ICs/amplifier IC and other ICs you can use different brand IC in place of original burnt ic. Just need datasheet of ic not even that if you know how sound systems work; keeping in mind output and input power of the ICs (should be similarly capable IC). Most shops will reject repairs like such as they don't find same IC even though they can get away with different ic because it takes time to look at a data sheet and also reverse engineer sometimes. It doesn't make business sense to spend time on a single system while you can repair other systems with faults that are easy fixes
Basically these are just stereo speakers providing bass and loudness, my friend is having bose 900 soundbar(no subwoofer attached) and it gives amazing 5.1 sound effect, if there is helicopter scene it feels like that it's really coming from the sky, i literally raise my head to see if its really coming, the one soundbar gives those effects, That's WHAT THE BRAND ALL About
Sound bar perform at certain levels only ...they are just tuned to perform at specific hertz ...they can't perform low hertz .....it's was not for me...I heard some incredible system from international brands ..and it's nothing compared to sound bars ..and it inspired me to make my own system...the way I wanted it...
We bought zebronics tower speaker in 2013 , and they're still working good as new, bas 2 baad circuit me dikkat aayi itne saal me , moisture issue tha , holi diwali pe ghar ke bahar laga lete hai aur ghar me tv se connected hai.
Zabronics totally fail company hai brother, Mera zabronics 9400 1.5 years mein 2 baar kharab ho gya jiski kimat 4700+4700 pay karni padi. Naye ki kimat 12000/- aur parts kahi se milte nahi zabronics ke service centre ke ilava, part ki kimat 4700/- baad mein 1 mahine ki guarantee aur 6 mahine baad phir kharab. Zebronics sabse ghatia ic aur mother board use karta hai apne system mein. Agar pachtana hai to le lo. Mere ko to yahi 21000/- mein padh gya
