Actually it looks like C3 online services won't be shutdown. EA removed C3 from the list of "Online Services Shutdown". At least I can't see it there anymore.
The server puts you randomly in a team. But when one team has more players than the other team (difference must be > 1) you can switch the team to balance :)
You need the normal Crysis 3 game from 2013 (Crysis 3 Remastered doesn't have multiplayer!). There you can go into multiplayer and select a server. People play at late afternoon / evening (European Time)

@@Rampage_cc I use the EA App to play Crysis 3 online. But I had Origin before they replaced it with the EA App. If you launch Crysis 3 from EA App and select multiplayer in Crysis 3 screen, you normally just need to login to Crysis 3 with your EA user and then you can access the multiplayer.
