John Metchie would be solid backup and I'd honestly think about what the practice squad could be with Eli Ricks or if he'd take a contract somewhere else.
I think Ricks has the potential but they even brought back Mario Goodrich so it's depth at the PS level too. Idk, what that Intel's but they have great depth!

They wont cut him but it is more likely than not IMO that Slay won't be on the team. He's a very overrated CB in the first place, but he's a better than average play, with established credentials. I just don't think they are going to sit two of Ringo, Rodgers and Mitchell. Also, they seem intent on having DeJean in the slot, although I think SS will prove to be his most natural position. So, anyway, I think they trade Slay for a 5th or something like that.

Then all of sudden we got Pickett I'm like why ...???? I think the Back up Q.B we had last year was better. People need to go back and take a look at how he was last year versus Pickett.
