I bought one of these beasts from Tandy when they were on the way out.. I was a kid.. There were some surprisingly impressive games.. Dirty Larry platformer and some flying space game that mimicked 3D experience (cant remember name, bought from cashies), including flying under water.. New screen looks nice and bright... You said "Its like Day And Night" ... Go check out the Billie Hughes track with that title.. Good adult contemporary power ballad.

Check him out in this video with his steven seagal ponytail 😂 he looked like he would’ve been such a player! @@eccentricviews Yeah he was mostly big in Japan, that song was a big hit because it was used as a theme for a Japanese soap opera.. And it ended up being covered quite well by 3 or 4 different Japanese pop stars.. It all became a bit of a rabbit hole for me! That was a pretty big award he won there ..
@@eccentricviews yes but it is no longer original condition and for collectors many will pass because its no longer a collectors piece. I am a retro archeologist and i would love to have one but not to put in a collection. The collectors piece would come first. This would just be an impulse buy. I can just emulate lynx for that.
That is a good question. I never had one before to notice the difference but I’d imagine this screen would have better energy sufficiency. Like the difference between a CRT tv and an LCD tv🤷🏻
