"Even a stopped clock, gives the right time, twice a day" has been my favourite quote since the early days of social media. I know it's originally from a film, but I heard it first in this track.
3:29 This has always been my favorite part of this tune. It's gets all super chill ambient before building back up with new instruments. Reminds me a little of some tracks on LFO's record _Frequency_
I remember being a kid and finding my brothers CD and listening to this album and wondering wtf was i was listening to 😂. 20+ years later i finally found the album
Literally time travel… straight back to my mate playing me this on my dads cassette player… it really was one of those OMG moments - still the best record of Orbitals - we’ll certainly the most Nostalgic ❤
Love the 1.58 percussion break here before the track truely kicks in never used again i remember i had this on vinyl and thought my needle was damaged lol love this album so much never dates timeless
Probably one of the best albums ahead of it's time that's stood the test of time, absolute classic electronic dance vibe right there. Allow me to REMIND you. Input rotation, output rotation.
They only got better at shaping sound after this tune ...lol...amazing album ..lush is one of the greatest sequences ..with the horns tune in it ..Yes big love. if you like electronica ..music technology concepts ..brain wave synchronisation ..3d sound worlds ..one of the greats.
My brother used to question my taste in music, "everything you listen to doesn't have lyrics ?", I just looked at him and went , bleep.
Well, what is music?

I have followed you since the beginning and have no words to describe how thankful I am for the great rhythm you have brought to my life. Thank you.

This album , that era , and so many miles driven blasting this as loud as possible ! I will never forget - I love P&P
The US cassette release still retained the Planet of the Shapes title. It's such an awesome track. I still prefer the cassette track order.
Superb! Such nostalgia vibes, these will never go away. Great added textures to this one. Thanks for the upload!
I went to the Planet of The Shapes and all I got was this hebdomecontapentagon.

Lol, I just told my kids the other day "Even a stopped clock, gives the right time twice a day" to teach them about analog watches.
I actually like this song more than Lush 3.
It's introduction to the magnificent world!
Innovators of those years
Guessing the "remasters" are going to be released soon?
ORGANIC 96!
