CAVEAT EMPTOR: Odd how all these beautiful Texas Hill Country homes and ranches are selling like hotcakes. Could it be because with all these new folks moving into Texas, what little water left is going fast??? I would check on water availability and water rights if moving to and buying in certain parts of Texas.
Thank you for your comment! 418 Cattle Trail has a 20,000-gallon rainwater collection system backed by a strong well, providing a reliable and sustainable water source. We're happy to answer any questions about the property’s water setup or features-just let us know!
@@veritasrealestategroup For that 20-Thousand gallon Rain-Water collection system to work, you need lots of rain first. How deep is that well at this time and when was it last drilled?
Easy Google search 7.3 million dollars that's a hell of an ask only a fool would pay that much money. It's nice don't get me wrong probably cost half of that to build it but then again I've been here since 83
