I had seen this genius a few times before his death, and have always been amazed at how he plays his guitar! And how warm his music is. He makes forever music that I carry with me every day.
I worked at club that Bill performed at. Besides bein' a gifted songwriter, singer and guitarist... he was a funny story teller. His audience seemed to know and sang along with all of his songs. But, most of all he was a thoughtful and pleasant individual to work with.
Amazing, as a left hander myself I was always told that it was "simply not possible" to play this way. Well this guy blows that nonsense out of the water doesn't he!

A truly great songwriter and performer. His songs will outlast many of the instantly forgotten over hyped world wide hits.
