It heals your brain and helps control stiff fingers later in life. It helps you emotionally recover from stress and anxiety and trauma. It fixes bad posture and that can help you sleep better. Whatever you do keep playing. It’s truly good for you.

Am I the only person who can feel the cold air barely touch their skin. Sound can have emotion, and colors, smells , and even tastes!
