🔥Kaleidoscopic cultural events at Theivanai Ammal College for Women
🔥Theivanai Ammal College for Women (Autonomous), Villupuram, hosted the kaleidoscopic State Level Inter-Collegiate and Inter-School Cultural Fests named VIBRANZ - 2022 on March 22, 2022.
🔥It was filled with a variety of events, including mime, skit, mono acting, stand-up comedy, mimicry, singing (solo & group), fashion parade, photographic contest and so on. It provided an unlimited entertainment to the audience and the performers.
🔥In his chief guest address Erode Mr.Mahesh, a TV anchor, Actor and Writer, said that beauty does not lie in physical appearance. It lies in how one faces challenges in life and overcome them.
🔥Girl students should not be too obsessed with improving their looks and fall a prey to the marketing strategies of the beauty care companies. Living a natural life and having sufficient exposure to sunlight will improve immunity, rather than improving the skin tone. They should also become healthy and flexible.
🔥Mr Mahesh cited the instance of Jessica Long, a Russian-American born with a genetic disorder called “fibular hemimelia,” who has developed a steely resolve to win 16 gold, 8 silver and 5 bronze medals in the swimming events of Paralympics at various points of time.
🔥Girl students should make proper use of the smart phones and become wary of the empty endearing and deceptive SMSes being sent by boys. They should always take their parents into confidence, and give due respect to their teachers. They should retain certain degree of innocence and childishness.
🔥Mr Mahesh further said that time is a magic which looks as if running fast when happy and moving slow when sad. Time management is, therefore, an essential part of life. He appreciated the performance of students in various cultural events.
🔥Managing Chairman and Secretary of ESSK Educational Charities Mr S.Senthil Kumar, Joint Secretary Mrs Nisha Senthil Kumar, Deputy Registrar of ESSK Educational Charities Mr T.S.Thiagrajan, Principal Dr M.Brintha, faculty members and students from various colleges and schools participated in large numbers.
