      That's exactly what I came to the comments to say. Case in point, Zimmerman, after getting away with murder, went to his ex wife's house (or her father's, I can't remember anymore) and threatened them while armed. He did some other violent thing after that, too, didn't he? I was so angry when the judge let him keep his arsenal!

    • @gojobuddy
      @gojobuddy ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Yes, he was stalking and following a minor who did absolutely nothing besides going to a quick mart and trying to walk home but due to some heavy rain had to stop under a pavilion type cover on his way home waiting for it to pass. Zimmerman started following him playing cop driving behind him very slowly. Trayvon was speaking to a girl on the phone and told her what was going on. She said he’s probably a serial killer. Trayvon made a short cut to get home cutting through the buildings. Zimmerman had called the cops and the cops told him not to follow him. Zimmerman did anyway, Trayvon who was fearing for his own life hid and jumped out asking him why he was following him? Of course Zimmerman tried to pull his gun so Trayvon knocked him down hitting his head on the concrete. Zimmerman over powered Trayvon and then shot and killed him. Zimmerman caused all of it and yet walked.

      @@leagalore I’m wondering what the law says about that because just because she tells them to do it, isn’t it incumbent upon them as to whether or not they want to act off of her instructions? What I mean is, can she be culpable for merely telling them to go over there or does something like money or the promise of money have to be exchanged to prove conspiracy? The way I see it, she could tell them to do anything but they have the personal responsibility to do what she says or not and if they do it then they are the culpable ones in this case and since she didn’t pay them then there’s no conspiracy. They on the other hand should not have listened to her. You don’t beat a guy up merely because he broke up with your sister and made her leave your house. Now if he would have hit her or something I can understand but making her leave is not enough. But I haven’t watched this whole trial so I probably got a lot of things wrong. Someone let me know if Travis and the girlfriend had any DV type situation that night prior to her sending her brother and his goons to Travis’s house. That would change my perspective on whether her brother and his friends should have gone to Travis’s house. I still say it’s not a good idea but I would be able to understand why they went if that was the case.

    Here in California, I think the Justice system would come after here for: California Penal Code 422, which is the statute that makes it a crime to communicate a threat to somebody that could result in great bodily injury or death, which is known as “criminal threats.” Penal Code 422 PC makes it a crime to threaten someone that places them in sustained fear.

You’re really sitting here talking about how it’s potentially not self-defense based on the number of shots from a semi automatic weapon when you defend it a grown man who shot in an arm child with a bag of skittles in his hand! Where was the eminent threat there? You really should’ve had him on this form and I’m gonna change my channel now.
