Some people only were getting 3 to 4 SSR's when they were pulling from this banner in total in the asian version of the game so yes, you are indeed crazy because it will most likely not happen.
I didn't have Lotus yet but I went for Sally with Someone's page as I just got Sally's page and she is a really good damage buffer for bosses when you have a main dps , i would have taken lotus any other way though! If i hadn't gotten her page earlier I would have taken lotus

To me if worth you time grinding you can get, if not. Use what you have. Cause what you have now is enough for Dungeon grinding right? So better get what you most need first
Pull in Julius banner first. You might get Lotus or Mars from there while pulling for Julius. If you do get one then pick the other one from 999 mulit summon. And if you don't get any of the one than prioritise Mars more.

What happens after you do your guaranteed ssr jump start? It costs 800 black crystals but is it just a normal 10 summons with a little higher percentage to get ssr ?

Are you pulling for Julius? If so, do those summons first, if you get one of the two units, get the other in the 999. If not, I'd say it depends on what other units you have. Sol is more than capable as a defender just for the gear dungeon.

william is more annoying with fortify buff, counterattack buff on your noelle, and atk+spd buff. rades is for status immunity and damage reduction. I’d say go for william if you only use 1 attacker, but if you plan to use 2 attacker. then you should’ve went for a more defensife support like rades

If our 999 summons is the same as JP then we can pull more than 1 SSR character. I tried it out on JP for anyone that's curious.

If you don't already have one Mars is an AMAZING defensive unit, probably the best in the game rn so I'd go for him
