Was the Spirit of St. Louis housed in the Smithsonian during this recording? If so, you missed an important part of aviation history. Otherwise, great video.

Back in the late 1980s I did read every exhibit in the Air and Space. It took nine delightful and informative days.

I am not sure on that one, also with a good portion of the museum under construction it is hard to tell everything that is in the collection.

You should visit the nmusaf in Dayton Ohio. Only an hour away from kings island and is the best aviation museum in the world
I can't believe all the historical stuff they have there. Imagine the value of everything in there....
