Hello, I had been in the same situation, I think you should apply for IITs with the Gate score..There are probable chances of not selecting in Inspire if the institution lacks basic instruments. Use your Gate score and start giving interviews. You can continue in your state university in case you are not selected in IITs.

No, you cannot be availed of both at the same time. You have to choose one of them only. Institute fellowship is always better in both aspects, like in amount (around 15000 Rs pm) and regularity. Many students leave their inspire scholarship after getting selected in I-PhD with institute fellowship.
Kuch IITs main phd admission keliye advertisement nikal gye hai. Aur humein abtak toh JRF 2023 December award letter issue nhi kiya gaya hai. Only scorecard hai jismein rank ya JRF/LS qualified mentioned nhi hai. Toh usse apply kar sakte hai ya phir apply krne keliye award letter chahiye hi chahiye? Please sir guide kijiye

Valid gate score me institute fellow ship milega ki direct MHRD se fellow ship milega ? .. because iit bhu ask me if you have valid gate score then we will take you ..but my gate score was five years old
JRF is valid for two years. So, a candidate has a minimum two years time period after qualifying jrf. If a candidate doesn't take admission in phd in the two years time period, then the candidate again requires to qualify exam to get JRF
