    Are you launching at full throttle?

    Curious, what’s your preferred transmitter? ( the one you’re using in this video)

    Hi. Will this work for drift as well or is there some other things I need to watch out for? Cos i have been using a football throw for my drift and it almost nosedive overtime i launched it.

    I am right hand and use mode 1. ...Throttle on the right stick and rudder and elevator on my left stick. This is awesome of mode 1 . I could push the throttle with my chin to give some power (or full power) and still have instant elevator and rudder control with my left hand on the left stick and launch the aircraft with my right hand. I don't see any advantage hand launching in mode 2....though mode 2 has advantages in heli and drone copter....my 2 cents

      I can't warp my head around mode 1 anymore, but for sure would benefit righties trying to hand launch!

      @@MotionRC I understand mode 1 was use in early RC probably also for right hand launcher and very popular in RC Japan . Mode 2 , is to simulate the real one stick for elevator and aileron control. Unfortunately, in mode 2, elevator and aileron control is on the right stick . To have some semblance of control, one has to launch with your left hand or toss the aircraft hard and high with your right hand and hopefully fast hand back to the right stick on the transmitter to control the aircraft, which may not turn out right. Moreover, in mode 2 , launching a pusher aircraft configuaration is even harder with people getting their finger cut or crash launching the aircraft.

    Now we just need to get that Havok in stock. It’s been out of stock for a very long time.

    Hello, I have one last question. for a hand launch of the mini delta Wing which gyro mode (N×3) is the most suitable? The rate mode or the hold mode?
    Thanks again

    I've been trying to launch my p51. It is very nose heave and only seems to break props. I've never even had it in the air and I've been through 5 props. Very frustrating as a newbie to the hobby. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

    • @larrycung9131
      @larrycung9131 ปีที่แล้ว

      Maybe don’t hand launch if it’s that difficult. Maybe it is easier to just fly it off the ground. Not hard to find some flat ground. If your plane is small enough, you can fly it off a sidewalk, empty quiet road, or the dirt part of a baseball field.

    • @delfco12
      @delfco12 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@larrycung9131 it doesn't have any landing gears or anything on it. And the props will hit when it's on the ground.

    I hand launched mine and pulled down on the right stick too much or not. Either way, it pitched right up and flew like a helicopter before backflipping and falling.
