Thailand needs to work on defense. There is clearly a height disadvantage compared to the other teams where some of them are taller than male volleyball players.

For me, i think Nootsara is the missing link. She sets better and so fast that even tall opponents can hardly block.

Height is really an advantage here for Germany. no matter how agile and talented Thai players are, they are offensively and defensively outscored by Germans. Kudos to Thai players.❤
Height is an advantage but it is not always the guarantee to win. Quickness is always the best counter of height in which is unfortunately didnt show in this match by the Thai team. They look tired and not in their A game.

This Thai women’s national volleyball generation has reached its limit and inevitably had zero room for improvement while their FIVB’s ranking peers (such as Germany, Poland, Canada, Bulgaria, etc) have made huge progress through the years. Thai team B members including Tichakorn, Thanacha, Sirima, Sasipaporn are just bad and are not even able to efficiently substitute nor back up team A when needed.
