Coming back again and again to this wonderful advice....but during game I tend to exert much pressure both in turning and in arms and hand movement resulting in failure to keep the head steady...need to work on that...Thanks again matt for such great videos...
Matt, regarding the hands and arm in the downswing, is it that you just release the wrists and drive the right side with the left arm stuck to your chest? Your lower body moves the arms and your wrists are loose?
As long as you keep your body moving, this won’t be a problem. You must make sure that your lower body tilt and turn are what pulls your arms, do not allow your arms to move independently
I have found exhausting air from your lungs just prior to your back swing so you are not fighting your diaphragm also making a relaxed feeling in the body, which removes tension a real killer in the swing. Gazza, New Zealand.

I tend to pull my driver and 3 wood using the MA hand action. Getting great contact though.
When standing at address, raise your hands up one inch. Try it, you’ll start fading the ball. I’ll be doing a video on this soon

Thank uou

Yes on the first part, but the hands are actively throwing the club so the shaft catches up to the left arm at the ball
@@yoursimplegolfswing Ok, thanks Matt.
No problem
Do you have to fight a flip with this method?
