    Great video. Thank you for this helpful explanation. I’m diagnosed with CFS, Fibro and Migraines. Physical tiredness is what I experience the most but I do get environmental tiredness in busy/messy environments. Maybe due to sensory overload? If it is an environment like my home, I clear up or just move to a room that is tidy, dim lighting can also help.

    All of them. Only total sensory rest helps. However, recently I feel the need to change my environment, as I have been house bound for a year now.

    Interesting and will explore moving to a different room, but generally experience all of them together and the only thing that helps is taking time out to isolate (switch off phone) meditation, lying in a dark room and ideally sleep.
