You thought Porky had it bad? My boy Sylvester appeared for less then twenty seconds and no, I'm not counting the imposter Sylvester in the Jungle scene.
Many of the monsters in the Area 52 sequence (save the Dalek and Robbie the Robot) are obscure B-sci-fi creatures. The guy with the gorila-suit body and diving-helmet head, for instance, is Ro-Man, the titular character from the notoriously-terrible B-sci-fi film Robot Monster.
Fun Fact: Bill Goldberg went to WWE the same year this movie released in 2003 and he also became the World Heavyweight Champion at Survivor Series the same month Looney Toons: Back in Action came out in theaters.
I'm Giving You A Correction Goldberg Didn't Win The World Heavyweight Championship At Survivor Series Goldberg Won The World Heavyweight Title At Unforgiven 2003
I have this movie to thank for special editions (in both VHS and DVD) of classic Looney Tunes shorts compilations. As soon as it came out WB released 6 great compilations and my father bought all of them for me. Also the movie itself is underrated.
11:25 One of the Zagons, the evil aliens from the B-movie This Island Earth. One of the many obscure sci-fi references made during the Area-52 sequence.
That's what I was saying. The tokens probably won't be so bad if they were optional for extra bonuses of beating the game 100%, instead of having you rely on them in order to progress.
Might be showing my age here, but the female lead is Jenna Elfman who got big on a show called Dharma and Greg where she played the titular Dharma. It was a comedy sitcom about a woman and her gay roommate / best friend.
Come on, this movie is way better than a new legacy and Cars 2. Had LT:BiA release a month earlier than the actual release date, I'm sure this movie will perform so much better and profitable.

While I agree with you, I personally think focusing on a couple Looney Tunes works better than trying to shove them all into the plot

One thing I found funny was that in the alternate opening, WB objects to Daffy killing Elmer, but Bugs literally does that later in the movie
To be fair, they didn't object to Elmer getting killed, just Daffy killing him. ;)
12:26 this sounds like some shit Elmer Fudd would say in the alternate version of Kingdom hearts where they use Warner bros shit instead

This came out near the same time as Duck Dodgers, and Bah, Humduck!: A Looney Tunes Christmas. A truly underrated era for Looney Tunes.
Frisky really is the black hole that consumes the promise of this movie
I loved the Mario movie too
That aged poorly

I been watch that movie at least once a year ever since I was 7
It's really one of my faves
5:05 oh my god, you killed Elmer!
You bastards!
I honestly really love this movie and I have it on DVD
This is better than Space Jam
11:30 Fun fact: all of those monsters are from old horror movies
a movie from my childhood and i can confirm that the area 52 scene was fucking terrifying for ke

My all time favorite film
Same
You can’t kill Elmer, cause that would be cringe.
Don't worry, he comes back from the dead later. Brutally scarred and even more insane, kids love it.
I love this movie.
They got The Whale, Wabbit Season, and Chazington all in the same movie - what can go wrong?
The edits in this review had me dying 🤣🤣🤣
