I have the exact same doll they are made by Gepeddo. I was in the mall mall in the early 2000s and I saw a kiosk with all of these dolls being a doll lover. I decided to check it out long story short you could choose the head there were maybe five or six selections of different faces, and you could choose the hair color of the wig, and they would custom stuff them and make them while you waited. I got the same one that you have hair color and I had one made for my sister with a different face and dark brown hair. You could also pick little outfits for them and shoes. They came in a box dressed in a sleeper. They were advertised as My Way Babies.

And it’s uncanny that you uploaded this today because someone I was talking to last night told me they’d seen dolls like mine at the mall before and I didn’t really believe them. 😂🤣 Although most of mine are not like this. Vinnie is closer to this quality but Cain and Christopher (and soon, Babi) are individually painted and rooted by CamellynCreations.
Maybe the seller would like him back if she's regretting it? She'd be happy to have him back I'm sure. I live the vintage dolls as well, esp from when I was little, 😂 a long time ago❤❤😊😊
