Prostat PRF 922B Two-Point Resistance Probe

Easily measure the surface resistance of small samples or small areas per ANSI/ESD STM11.13 using this Prostat PRF-922B Miniature Two-Point Resistance Probe.
The PRF-922B uses spring loaded gold plated pins with removable conductive electrodes.
The spacing of the 2 electrodes allows for a measurement area of 0.325 inches (8.26mm) on planar material.
