Could you solve 403 forbidden 🚫 when trying to connect to web image ?? I have ricoh mpc 3502 I cheched the same setting on the laptop and other machine I was working . I am sure there is something error with the machine but I do not know it. Thank you

Thank you Sir for your message,.I'm so sorry, I haven't tried that problem of not being able to connect to the web image. I think there is something wrong with your machine, if the network connection is ok, it needs to be eliminated. Try look at Sc-History to see if it has a history of errors that keep appearing.
