The soundtrack for this game was the only reason i played this game. I remember when i was little i would go to this level and pause the game just so i could hear this song. I love this sooo much and who ever made this song is a God :-)

Theyd love to as far as the public knows, because they published mockups of what it could look like on their Facebook years ago. From what I've heard they also attempted to pitch it to Bandai Namco and were denied, but I can't say for certain/don't have sources for that claim.
I just found many of these tracks on an old backup CD in their original format (.IT). WinAMP would probably play them, or you could download Schism Tracker and play them, modify them, etc, as it is also an .IT authoring tool. Hit me if you're interested.
I assure you though, if they remade the old Pokemon Games with Dragon Ball Z BGM, The Gyms and Elite Four's and Champions would use this BGM in the overworld.
