신축 입주하는 매머드급 단지 과천 별양동 과천자이 둘러보기

오늘(2021. 11. 15)부터 입주를 시작하는 신축 아파트 과천자이 단지를 둘러봅니다. 과천자이 아파트는 경기도 과천시 별양동 52에 위치하고 있으며 4호선 과천역에서 도보 5분 거리에 있는 역세권 아파트입니다. 청계초등학교와 과천고등학교가 인접해 있고 과천중앙공원과 문화체육공원이 단지 양쪽에 위치해 있습니다. 과천시 별양동 과천주공 6단지를 재건축한 과천자이 아파트는 총 27개동 2,099가구로 구성된 매머드급 아파트단지입니다.
We walk around a new apartment complex in Gwacheon City, Gyeonggi-do, Korea. As the name of apartment is Gwacheon Xi, it was constructed by GS Construction. The apartment was recently completed construction, so residents started moving in the apartment from today Nov. 15, 2021. It can be reached in 5 minutes on foot from Gwacheon Subway Station, Line 4. We will be able to make out on a popular residential trend of new apartment in Korea these days by looking around the apartment complex.
