As for gender salaries, I have been subject to making less than my male coworkers doing the exact same jobs. When I confronted one boss he told me, well, he has a family to support. It all sounds good, that men and women make equal pay for the same jobs, but in reality, women do get paid less in numerous cases than their male coworkers, in the same job positions. My own father, self employed carpenter would pay me half of what he would pay my brothers to work alongside him. When I found this out my dad said, they had to buy their own clothes for school😮. Gender pay inequality is real.

Dont speak about something you have never experienced. I am a woman. I drove tractor trailers for 16 years. I never made as much as my male coworkers although I worked many more hours each week. I even tried working for a union company that paid hourly . We had staggered start times and they would go around my start time to force the men 2 hours of overtime. I didnt have the opportunity to make overtime until after I complained to HR Wage discrimination is a real thing. They are very sneaky about it but it is a reality. I also worked on the unheated, unairconditioned dock and used a forklift in all weather conditions. I was just trying to earn a living to support my family. My ex was unable to work because of an injury he had. I was the soul supporter we had three kids to feed and provide a home for. I had many customers that complimented me on my skills as a driver. I was very good at backing and had a perfect safety record. So men telling me that there is no wage discrimination, prove it. Ask women who have worked in male dominated jobs. Do a video on that.

Administrative, teachers, nursing assistant, preschool teachers. Higher paying careers vs lower hourly jobs. They then reconstructed the lab and they both had to apply for their jobs. Guess who got the job. Because it was a crime to have a baby. This was in Britain not America. So after a while she retained in mathematics and I’d note a statistician. A very intelligent woman. But being a woman is a disadvantage.

I'm a welder in a Canadian Shipyard where the rate of pay is the same for ALL employees, so that Management can place you anywhere they want ...your job title there is " marine fabricator" ...because you build ships. Forklift operator gets the same pay as a pipe welder ...$45 dollars an hour .. man or woman. Here's the problem, I had a woman come up to me and ask me to turn the nuts loose on a 6 inch steam line...because ...her nails were so long, she thought she might break one...they get the same money, but don't do nearly the same amount of work, they are always going to the bathroom for up to an hour at a time without a word said. I asked a supervisor why he allows that to happen, he said if he scolds her for being gone to long, she can say that it was a " female " problem, ( menstrual cramps) and now I'll be in HR for discrimination. If you get in an argument with a female because for instance, she simply stole your welding machine , pulled your leads out and stuck hers in, instead of bringing a new welding machine to the work site, she goes to HR and says that she feels frightened to work around " that" man now but instead of HER being repositioned, the man ends up on back shift, or down on the freezing cold docks, while she stays inside the main building where the lockers are, the bathrooms are, the lunchroom is, the job boxes are ...all because you made her feel, violated, you oppressed her, you belittled her by raising your voice. We have 20 years of work ahead of Government work, and the Government said " You make this place look diverse, you hire blacks, Indians, women, immigrants, trans, crossdressers, etc ...and they did. . . but now, we have to walk on eggshells because if there is a problem, the man loses. . . everytime.
The "pay gap" doesn't take into consideration that the pay per hour for the same job is the same pay. If a woman is hired the same day as a man, they both get hired for the same amount. Men don't get paid more base pay for the same job. Where there is a difference is based on men working extra hours or the fact more men do high paying jobs that are considered dirty that women don't want to do.

Dont speak about something you have never experienced. I am a woman. I drove tractor trailers for 16 years. I never made as much as my male coworkers although I worked many more hours each week. I even tried working for a union company that paid hourly . We had staggered start times and they would go around my start time to force the men 2 hours of overtime. I didnt have the opportunity to make overtime until after I complained to HR Wage discrimination is a real thing. They are very sneaky about it but it is a reality. I also worked on the unheated, unairconditioned dock and used a forklift in all weather conditions.
I was just trying to earn a living to support my family. My ex was unable to work because of an injury he had. I was the soul supporter we had three kids to feed and provide a home for.
I had many customers that complimented me on my skills as a driver. I was very good at backing and had a perfect safety record. So men telling me that there is no wage discrimination, prove it. Ask women who have worked in male dominated jobs.

Women generally work in careers and jobs that are historically lower paying. Mason, concrete, construction, engineering, plumbers, electricians. Administrative, teachers, nursing assistant, preschool teachers. Higher paying careers vs lower hourly jobs. Women working in careers with men for example doctors and lawyers doing the same work should receive the same pay.

This issue about how unfair it is for male bodies to compete against women is so funny! I'm loving it! For years I've listened to other women (feminists) saying that anything a man could do, they could do. Now, women are crying that by competing with men (trans women) they're getting their butts kicked and it's so unfair! Waaaaaa!!! I'm seriously loving it too much. Women, we can't have it both ways. Embrace your femininity. Men and women aren't equal in every way, and it's ok.

Women crying about losing to trans women is funny. There is a serious issue here with contact sports. Coming up against a much more aggressive, faster, more powerful opponent can be extremely dangerous, especially in rugby or boxing.

As a STEM field woman, I made the same as my male counterparts. If you're not working a more dangerous or as technical a position, but instead went and got some liberal arts degree, no, you will never make as much as ME or MEN. LOL
My female friend went and bought a very nice looking black jaguar. She took it back and said it's full of problems. Then she went and bought A mini, custom paint. Custom decals. Very expensive. Jaguars have turned to crap and it appears German cars are on the same Assembly line....🤔

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2023 amongst full time employees, men worked 8.3 hours per day while women worked 8.0. That equates to 1.50 hours of overtime per week or an extra 78 overtime hours per year. Of course, a person will expect to be compensated for for that overtime work, hence, will make more money. If its dumbed down and you simply say "full time men and women make different amounts of money and its unfair" its a very shortsighted statement. Its 2024...if a company was purposefully paying a woman less for the same work as a man, said company would be sued and fined relentlessly!
You are wrong. My daughter has a 1st degree in microbiology. She started a lab in a brewery and hired all the people. She hired a chemist with a lesser degree than hers. She got pregnant and my granddaughter Megan has physical problems and needed physiotherapy After her pregnancy leave ( which she was entitled to) he had played golf and became friends with management. They then reconstructed the lab and they both had to apply for their jobs. Guess who got the job. Because it was a crime to have a baby. This was in Britain not America. So after a while she retained in mathematics and I’d note a statistician. A very intelligent woman. But being a woman is a disadvantage.
She made a decision, while it’s one that is and should be revered she still made a decision, one that put her career on hold. The world keeps turning while you’re on maternity leave. That’s not a disadvantage, that’s a choice.

I'm a welder in a Canadian Shipyard where the rate of pay is the same for ALL employees, so that Management can place you anywhere they want ...your job title there is " marine fabricator" ...because you build ships. Forklift operator gets the same pay as a pipe welder ...$45 dollars an hour .. man or woman.
Here's the problem, I had a woman come up to me and ask me to turn the nuts loose on a 6 inch steam line...because ...her nails were so long, she thought she might break one...they get the same money, but don't do nearly the same amount of work, they are always going to the bathroom for up to an hour at a time without a word said. I asked a supervisor why he allows that to happen, he said if he scolds her for being gone to long, she can say that it was a " female " problem, ( menstrual cramps) and now I'll be in HR for discrimination.
If you get in an argument with a female because for instance, she simply stole your welding machine , pulled your leads out and stuck hers in, instead of bringing a new welding machine to the work site, she goes to HR and says that she feels frightened to work around " that" man now but instead of HER being repositioned, the man ends up on back shift, or down on the freezing cold docks, while she stays inside the main building where the lockers are, the bathrooms are, the lunchroom is, the job boxes are ...all because you made her feel, violated, you oppressed her, you belittled her by raising your voice.
We have 20 years of work ahead of Government work, and the Government said " You make this place look diverse, you hire blacks, Indians, women, immigrants, trans, crossdressers, etc ...and they did. . . but now, we have to walk on eggshells because if there is a problem, the man loses. . . everytime.

The "pay gap" doesn't take into consideration that the pay per hour for the same job is the same pay. If a woman is hired the same day as a man, they both get hired for the same amount. Men don't get paid more base pay for the same job. Where there is a difference is based on men working extra hours or the fact more men do high paying jobs that are considered dirty that women don't want to do.
