A tak się zastanawiam jak później ten tłok ustawić w osi z kotłem żeby ten tłok który naciska kawę idealnie równo się opuszczał. Na walku od góry jest wyciecie ale na dole juz nie i można go przykrecic w każdej pozycji (tak mi się wydaje ) a jak nie będzie idealnie to może nie trafiać do kotła albo mogą się szybciej wycierać te dwa oringi. Dzięki za odpowiedź jak to możliwe

Posiadam model krups ea82.. , jest to model który ma pojemnik na fusy ale nie ma szuflady na kawe ( ponoć wcześniejsze modele nad pojemnikiem na fusy miały jakaś szufladkę na resztki kawy ) , z pewnego powodu wykonałem reset urządzenia , przywracając ustawienia do stanu fabrycznego , i teraz po włączeniu musze ustawić Język , data itp az dochodzę do momentu gdzie expres prosi o włozenie szuflady na kawe której ja nie mam , wydaje mi sie ze po restarcie oprogramowanie wrociło do wersji expresu z szuflada.
Czy jest jakis sposób aby to naprawić ?

hello! i have the krups same of this but model 8050 it look same, I lose water from inside when I make a machine cleaning, and also the coffee come just half of what should be, I opened it and I cleaned it, all the hose are intact and look in good condition, I also cleaned the water filter, but nothing, same problem, do you have any idea what could be please? thanks in advance :-)

Hi ..nice work .i work as a mechanic for the professional machines melitta francken faema and a few others and i own KrupsAE80 and for now it works perfect but i was just curious about spilling in the machine so i was thinking about to pull the cases of and do a inspection for corrosion caused by leaking and clean the spilling .and if i am correct the helper piston have to do a lot of work caused of course to it's construction and the way it behave with the spring so i think this can fail some times also seals what can leak?? looks like the boiler and brewing chamber are integrated two rings on the brewing piston .interesting .thanx great,
Witam, wymieniłem trzy dni temu wzorując się na twoim filmie instruktażowym (za który wielkie dzięki) komplet uszczelek z linku który podałeś w ea8050. Niestety dziś znów zauważyłem pod ekspresem dużą kałużę. Masz może jakieś sugestie skąd może ciec? Może jakiś sposób na sprawdzenie miejsc potencjalnych wycieków. Z góry wielkie dzięki.

Hell Mariusz, I have a simplier Krups and its heater is blocked and when the pump puts pressure the water doesn't run. The pump is ok because water goes through the pressure regulator to the tray. I have no idea how I can clean the heater. Maybe you have an idea

Hi,
the answer is simple. The only responsible part for the characteristic "crema" is the "barsita" gasket. Unfortunately this is the only one that you can't buy separately. It is located inside of the piston - has small puncture that the coffee is pressed by. So when the hole is too big, coffee goes too fast and is not strong and "crema" is missed.
You have to replace entire piston. it is not expenssive - price is comparible to both piston gaskets and they are included to the piston. So each time your piston gaskets needs to be replaced, good practise is to replace entire piston.

W tym ekspresie i innych krupsach tej serii koroduja sprezyny moje po wyjeciu to śmietnik... zamówiony philips mam nadzieje ze tam sa lepsze rozwiazania.
Ja mam krupsa od 2 tygodni i od jakichś kilku nastu cyklicznie zaczęło by słychać sprężynę, jak ekspres zrobi kawę i ma już wyrzucić fusy do zbiornika to słychać chrzest sprężyny, nie wiem jak to określić. Ekspres ma 2 tygodnie i na początku tego nie było.

Do you know how to adjust the internal plunger in the boiler? My plunger is raising slightly too much meaning the arm that pushes the used coffee disc away hits it and gets stuck.
I hope this is still helpful. When I took mine apart a few times, I realized that I needed to ensure that I fully threaded the assembly back together. I thought it would be ideal to just lightly twist it together, thinking about future repairs. This caused the same issue you're pointing out to occur because the tolerance is pretty specific. I basically just took two screwdrivers (one on top, one on bottom) and turned hand tight and found it went another two threads (was a little dirty, I suppose, causing it to originally feel like it was fully tightened). Hope this helps :)

Oring sizes:
2 pcs oring 16 x 2,5
1 pcs oring 28 x 3,5
1 pcs oring 32 x 1,8
But I'm not convinced to use those from DIY market - in general are dedicated for pressure, oil or water, but are not for food usage. It is possible that your coffee will taste like a rubber.
However original ones are not that expensive.
One more thing:
I strongly recommend to replace entire piston instead of just piston gaskets.
The difference is that inside of the piston there is one additional gasket that is not accessible on the market - only way to replace it is to replace entire piston.
This internal piston gasket has small hole inside - coffee goes through this hole, but when hole is a bit bigger, coffee goes through faster and is not strong anymore.
So to enjoy nice strong coffee, is good to replace the piston instead just two main piston gaskets.
AA - entire piston costs the same as two piston gaskets and includes piston gaskets in the package :)

Of course you can increase the time of grinding, so the amount of grinded coffee will be increased.
To do so, please follow below instruction:
- unplug machine
- take the cakes container out
- take the coffee drawer out
- take water tank out
- press "PROG" button
- plug the machine into the electricity
- now U are in Service Menu. You can adjust the grinding time from 6 to 10 second
Put everything back into the machine, press OK
When Cycle finished, unplug machine for 10 seconds and plug in again.

Hi Mariusz, thanks for all the help you gave us. I have the Krups EA 826E and also wanted my machine to grind more coffee. I've followed the instructions for the service menu, but once I'm in the display shows me 5 squares each with a number and any key I press illuminates one of the squares but I can't do anything else. three things you can do:
1.
I strongly recommend to change entire piston.
It costs the same as just two piston gaskets, but inside of the piston there is one additional gasket that is not available standalone on the market.
It is called "cremy" gasket and is responsible for coffee strength and taste.
This gasket has microscopic puncture inside and brewed coffee is pressed with high pressure through.
With the time being the puncture is bigger and bigger so coffee just leaking through instead being pressed.
2.
regulate the grinder to ground finely. but not to much - when it will be to fine, it will block brewing unit (you will see that the water will not come through. If you will do so, just turn the grinder one tooth back.
3.
adjust time of grinding - you can choose from 5 to 10sec. Of course as much you will set, as strong the coffee will be.

Hi Mariusz! Maybe this is too late but I try. I have exact the model from the video. When my machine is almost done, right before it swipes away the used coffe into the tray, it gets stuck. I have to push the piston (really hard) and then it bumps back down and the plastic arm swipes away the coffe. Do you know what can be wrong?

Thank you very much for your answer. Can you please tell me if it is possible to calibrate the grinder on EA8010 model? At the moment it grinds for close to 17 seconds and I think it is to much coffee and this is another reason why the piston rises.

Na pewno o takie części można pytać w punktach napraw takich ekspresów. Proszę zadzwonić do sprzedawców Allegro, ktorzy sprzedają części do takiego krupsa z demontażu.
Hi Mariusz my krups has an extraction time of about 9s and the coffee is very weak and without cream. Is there anything I can do to improve? I thought of putting a reducing flow in the outlet hose of the coffee but do not know if it would help

there is several things to do in your case:
1. check if your coffee is hot or just warm. If is not that hot, the thing causint this is the thermistor. Have a look at this video: th-cam.com/video/pHsmttJ79zo/w-d-xo.htmlm
2. if the grinded coffee powder in the dregdrawer is wet, the thin causing it is the boiler gasket: Part No MS5015004

3. but if the coffee is just poor and weak - guilty is the piston. I know that the gaskets that are frequently replaced are the piston gaskets, but there is one more gasket that is imposible to buy separately - this is the "barista" gasket. Is plased inside of the piston and you have to replace entire piston. but don't worry - it is not expensive. Acually the price is the same as just two piston gaskets and when you buy entire piston, both piston gaskets are included.
"Barista" gasket is responsible for characteristic cream and strongness. I guarantee that you will be positively suprised after piston replace.
Aha - one more thing could also help: You can calibrate grinder. The finer coffe powder, the stronger coffee is.

Hi, error No06 is the most common and means that there is pressure lost on the system. The cure is to change full set of gaskets as on my first video.

It sits on the upper piston touching the slide coming from the grinder. I guess its function is to remove the ground coffee sticking to the slide.
My question is when placing back this spring far should it stick out? Should it be touching the slide coming from the grinder when the piston is at the highest position?

Rozciekł mi się tłok pomocniczy więc postanowiłem wymienić go w całości na inny, sprawny.
Po założeniu nowego i próbie zrobienia kawy/procesu płukania tłok w ogóle się nie rusza i nie schodzi do kotła, a zimna woda wylewa się po chwili spod ekspresu i nie wiem dokładnie skąd.
Gdy woda przestaje lecieć to na ekspresie oświecają się wszystkie 4 czerwone lampki.
Wydaje mi się że mechanicznie jest ok bo gdy dociskam dłonią ramię z tłokiem, do samego spodu w kotle, to wyzwala to prawidłowy ruch dźwigania się podstawki z kotła i zrzucenie fusów do zbiornika i pojawia się również charakterystyczny odgłos gdy podstawka wraca gwałtownie na swoje miejsce.
Co mogłem przeoczyć, że praca tłoka w ogóle nie jest inicjowana?

szczerze to nie wiem co tu odpowiedzieć. Tam na prawdę nie ma się co zepsuć za wyjątkiem uszczelek, które należy regularnie wymieniać.
Objawy wskazują, że tlok (i ten biały cylinder) są źle poskładane. Coś musiało zostać przeoczone.
Jeśli ekspres leje pod siebie, to wskasuje bardziej na błąd w montażu niż nieszczelność, bo domyślnie powinien sikać dotacki ociekowej.

Skąd ma Pan taką wiedzę na temat budowy ekspresu ? Czy jest Pan może w posiadaniu serwisówki ? Posiadam EA8298 i pomimo że żadnych wycieków nie ma to zastanawiam się kiedy wymienić uszczelki. Jedyny z niepokojących objawów jest taki że po zmianie nastaw mielenia (rozkręcając ekspres i przekręcając ring od żarna) brykiet jest tak suchy że się rozpada od razu.

Please pay attention on the sensors like side cover or drawer.
For sure there is no signal from one of sensors.
Witaj, wymieniłem wszystkie uszczelki tłoka i poskładałem ekspres. Po włączeniu robi auto test ( a właściwie chce zrobić) i pokazuje : konieczne napełnienie ekspresu. Robie co chce , przez chwile leci woda z rurki i znowu pokazuje info o napełnieniu. Co mogłem zrobić źle ?

Cześć, może pływak zbiornika z wodą się utopił. Jeśli tak to jest prosty sposób ale napiszę jak będziesz potrzebowal. Jeśli nie utopił, to rozbierz obudowę i sprawdź sensor - czy się nie wygiął np.
Kurczę - nie wiem dlaczeo nie widzę twojego komentarza (tylko w powiadomieniach jest widoczny).
Jeśli piszesz, że tłok nie schodzi na dół - wygląda na to, że coś źle poskładałeś.
Ekspres działa tak:
Pompa tłoczy wodę do dystrybutora wody (to takie coś z silniczkiem widoczne tu: th-cam.com/video/pHsmttJ79zo/w-d-xo.htmlm6s )
dystrybutor kieruje wodę do tłoka pomocniczego (ten biały cylinder ze sprężyną w środku), a ciśnienie wody
na tłoku pomocniczym powoduje przemieszczenie się całego ramienia z tłokiem prasującym w dół. Następnie dystrybutor kieruje wodę do kotła i parzy kawę.
Czyli że jeśli tłok prasujący nie idzie w dół, to albo dystrybutor nie kieruje wody do tłoka pomocniczego, albo masz nieszczelność na tym tłoku pomocniczym i cała woda leci do tacki ociekowej.
Hello friend, I have a Krups EA8100 model coffee machine. My problem is that as the piston goes up, it pressurizes the coffee residues in the heating tank upwards. In other words, the inside of the coffee machine is filled with coffee grounds.
That is my current problem. My piston rises, causing leaks. Even with new Orings around it, plus a new gasket that seats inside the boiler unit under the bottom "portafilter" (the piece that "pops up" when the coffee is done).

Dystrybutor jest w pozycji START, ale siłownik nie jest w górnym położeniu + Siłownik jest w dolnym położeniu, ale „switch”siłownika jest ciągle zamknięty
Przyczyna:
- Uszkodzony „switch” siłownika w górnym położeniu (mechaniczny lub elektryczny - zwarcie)
- Uszkodzenia dystrybutora
- Błąd w połączeniach do płyty elektroniki

Tłok w sumie zawsze się unosi podczas zaparzania - unosi go ciśnienie.
A że wycieka wszystko - jeśli gorą, to uszczelki tłoka, jeśli dołem to uszczelka kotła.
Ogólnie to jak już rozbierać, to wymienić wszystko - kup na allegro zestaw naprawczy do Krupsa plus tłok plus uszczelka kotła (jeśli by nie była w zestawie uszczelek).
Tłok warto wymienić w całości bo wewnątrz tłoka jest uszczelka "Cremy" która odpowiada za moc kawy. Uszczelka ma mikroskopijną dziurkę przez którą przeciskana jest kawa do wylewki. Z czasem otworek się powiększa i kawa się przelewa zamiast być przeciskana i kawa jest słaba i nie smaczna. Wymiana tłoka dużo daje.
@@MariuszGrden jak przy składaniu siłownika tłok ustawić w osi z kotłem? U góry mamy wcięcie, ale na dole nic, można go zmontować w dowolnej pozycji.

Hello. Great videos. I have managed to replace all the high pressure pipes and replace the O ring on the piston shaft (just above the boiler) AND replace the plastic piston with a newer double O ring unit. All following your videos. Machine starts and runs now without error codes. Unfortunately the does not retract down after cake ejection ( stays flush) so ground coffee has nowhere to drop down into. Unless I manually pushed it down in which case the process completes with great coffee and cake is ejected but plunger remains at the top. Can you please help. Craig

unfortunately the part you are asking for doesn't exist as a standalone part. It is a part of the boiler unit.

New one is more expensive than the second hand coffee machine, so in my opinion it is worthless to buy entire unit.
Even I have a used one Krups XP7220 with damaged electronic mainboard, that I am ready to sell for ~100PLN = 25eur, ~30$
Second hand coffee machines are so cheap that the repair is worthless. I recomend to look for example for Saeco Incanto Deluxe - it costs ~100$ where the service is just done (all gaskets are new).

Polecam też kupić cały tłok na innych ofertach Allegro. W tłoku jest taka uszczelka "Cremy" która nie jest dostępna osobno. W tej uszczelce jest taki mikro otworek przez który kawa jest przeciskana pod dużym ciśnieniem. Z czasem otworek powiększa się i kawa nie ma pianki i jest wyraźnie mniej smaczna..

Nie dosyć że leci z górnej części tłoka w trakcie zaparzania, to jeszcze zaraz po zaparzeniu kawy tłok prasujący od razu idzie do góry, zostawia dużo wody w fusach(tak jak tu od 2:00 th-cam.com/video/pg3qbt4rL6o/w-d-xo.html), chlapie na zsyp zmielonej kawy zaklejając go .
Jeszcze do niedawana prasował regularne krążki z fusów a teraz to jakieś błoto.
Dodam tylko że uszczelka ,,cylindra'' (ta mała na dole kotła) jak i tłoka wymienione.

Zasada działania ekspresu jest dosyć prosta:
- pompa podaje ciśnienie na tłok pomocniczy
- ciśnienie wody pokonuje moc sprężyny (w tym białym cylindrze)
- tłok pomocniczy idzie w dół (a wraz z nim tłok prasujący)
- kiedy uszczelki nie utrzymują ciśnienia, to po chwili sprężyna wygrywa i tłok unosi się do góry
Z opisu wynika, że przydał by się pełny serwis - czyli wymiana kompletu uszczelek.
Postaram się wysłać Tobie serwisówkę po polsku z opisem wszystkich możliwych usterek i ich rozwiązaniem (ale to wieczorem, bo teraz nie mam do niej dostępu).

Co do uszczelek, to są prawie zwykłe oringi. Nie wiem z jakiej gumy, ale kupione w sklepie z oringami mają jakby inną konsystencję - tzn. niby rozmiar pasuje, ale po dociśnięciu stawiają o wiele większy opór. Dlatego polecam ci kupić zestaw uszczelek (uszczelki są sprzedawane w zestawach w których jest dawany smar silikonowy - ten biały).
Co do działania ekspresu, to dystrybutor wody zarządza gdzie ta woda ma popłynąć - słychać brzęk silnika dystrybutora kiedy przełącza pomiędzy strumieniem wody na tłok pomocniczy (aby go popchać w dół) a następnie kieruje strumień wody do kotła i zaparza kawę.

po wymianie masz ekspres jak nowy - śmiało można by zresetować licznik :)
Dodał bym jeszcze jedno od siebie - jeśli można by się dogadać ze sprzedawcą w/w kompletu uszczelek, aby nie sprzedawał uszczelek tłoka głównego. W zamian polecam kupić cały kompletny tłok - taki jak tu:

Chodzi o to, że wewnątrz tłoka znajduje się uszczelka "Cremy" - to taka uszczelka z mikroskopijną dziurką. Od tej uszczelki zależy moc kawy i charakterystyczna pianka "crema". Przez tą uszczelkę przepływa kawa i kiedy dziurka nie jest już tak mała, to kawa przepływa zbyt szybko i nie zaparza się tak mocno. No i uszczelka "Cremy" nie jest do kupienia osobno - tylko z tłokiem (a tłok zawsze z uszczelkami :))

I did replaced the sealings (o-rings) in the helper piston, and now it got stucked in the middle as the coffe piston hits the plastic part that removes the coffee and both are blocked. Is there anything i have to do after the o-rings change? Is there some air inside that needs to be removed or? Thanks so much for your help!

El problema de estas máquinas es que tienen un solo empujador (cilindro) eso hace que la presión que ejerce hacia el café tire hacia atrás del eje y en consecuencia dobla y/o desajustes de las juntas, aparte es el retiro del café usado por el sistema tonto del empujador, ese hace que se disperce café usado por todo el sistema.
Conclusión, son malas las máquinas estas, no merecen la pena, son muy caras y no se puede hacer una óptima limpieza.
Yo me he comprado una, y pienso devolverla.
Disculpa sabes por que no sale agua por el dispensador hace todo el proceso pero cuando segun va a salir el agua no sale nada la tira por abajo
@@marcogonzalez858 ,algo así me ha pasado con una delonghi hay una serie de juntas despues de que salga el agua de la bomba de agua (no me las se de memoria),habrá que verla abierta para mirar el recorrido del agua .Siga el agua desde su salida de la bomba de agua ,creo saber que va directa al calentador de ahí sale hacia la cámara del café, no son satélites 🛰 starlink, son mas sencillas de lo que crees .consejo siga el agua....

Greetings to the master. Krps is the worst machine on the market. Total failure of the coffee making mechanism. The only krups uses a hydraulic drive. which doesn't make sense at all. He uses the water heater as a cylinder, a very badly solved sealing rubber in the cylinder. The coffee is ground and enters the cylinder from the side and always unnecessarily soils the piston. Not to mention further, I could find 100 flaws in it. Once it breaks down, the problems don't stop. If you are bored and you have no problems, buy yourself Krups, you will have an eternal obligation to repair hahah

Mam dwa w domu i nie używam. Kupiłem kawiarkę - kawa równie dobra i nie ma się co zepsuć.
Ale szczerze polecam kupić na Allegro używany po serwisowy (po wymianie uszczelek) SAECO Incanto Deluxe - na prawdę fajny model z wyświetlaczem. Jest bardzo odporny na awarie. Taki SAECO można kupić za 350zł

Nie zgodzę się, nasz 8808 po prawie 5 latach bez awarii. Kawa straciła smak, chyba uszczelki tłoka wymagają wymiany
W jakis sposob skrecic ten dol aby ten palec przyciskal dolny switch, moment w filmie okolo 10:24. Poskladalem i ten kawalek plastiku wpada obok tego switcha a zakladam ze odgrywa dosc wazna role.
