Considering the fact that there is neither video nor talking I don't really know wheter it would be appropriate to call this recording role play, but I think it is at least something similar mainly because the most important thing is to create a feeling for the listener of actually being an object of a personal attention.
This video is a combination of many different sounds which you can hear in a doctors office, hospital, and other places related with the term: ''medical''. The video is a bit longer than usual, so I decided to add a list of the most characteristic parts in which different examinations are performed:

The tempo is not very slow, and it's completely intentional. I wanted to create something what would sound similar to the real experince from our everyday life. I decided to take the risk, and we will see wheter you like it or not.
I used a little bit smaller dummy head in order to create as much realistic binaural experience as was possible. In this case the sounds may not be as good separated as it was in some of my previous videos. Don't hesistate to tell me your suggestions, and preferences in the comments below. I will surely take into consideration every single one.

I absolutely love the sounds between 8:18 - 9:15, where it's like you're touching the dummy's head. I haven't been able to find that anywhere else and would love to hear more of that :)

Just FYI. I use this almost every night to go to sleep. Idk know why it's so soothing. I'd say it's because I'm a nurse but my job is stressful so I don't think so. I think it's more of the binaural effect and what's going on around my head. I really enjoy the footsteps and appreciate that none of the sounds are harsh, loud or grinding. Some ASMR vids tend to startle me after I've moved into such a calm and serene state.
I really like the sounds between the 3:40 and 4:15 marks. I don't actually get ASMR tingles, but that came really close... Would there be any way you could upload a version with just that part or perhaps make a whole new video with whatever you were doing then? It sounds really selfish of me to ask and I don't normally like commenting on videos, but I just really enjoyed this entire video and especially that part. Thanks for making such awesome videos/sounds!

Yeah I find ASMR very similar to doing mindfulness and meditation which are both techniques commonly used to help us focus on something other than anxious or depressive thoughts.

An asmrtist doesn't only do roleplay. The goal isn't to create reality-like scenes, but to give tingles. And for some people, tapping is very very effective. I personnally love sticky sounds and windshields slow rubbing. Some people hate roleplays (I hate roleplays in my native language but I like it in languages I partially understand or don't understand at all). An asmrtist is an asmrtist if his goal is to give tingles. There are no specific rules as long as people like it.

I'd like to leave a complaint if you don't mind. I hope I'm correct in assuming that you'd like to see what people do NOT like in your videos, in addition to what they do. The beeping sound on the right ear at 13:03 REALLY scared me. I was in a nice hypnotic trance and then the beeping woke me from it like an alarm clock. Other than that, fantastic! I hadn't realized until I checked again the next morning that the beeping sound came so early. That means I was completely out of it within the first 13 minutes.
Thank you so much for your opinion. As I've mentioned in one of the comments below I wanted too much to make it very realistic, and I lost myself not remembering what is the main purpose of this video. I think it's too late to change something in this one, but when I find some time I could upload another video without these beeping, and ringing noises, and put the link in the description box. Please let me know what do you think.
Deep Ocean of Sounds Another video would be great, but please don't prioritize them over your usual schedule. That beeping sound isn't so great an issue that you have to remake the entire video (the sounds were amazing). Just make another one when you're up for it sometime in the future =)

Jonathan Jones I think it depends on how deep in sleep you are at the time. For instance, many people found the phone at 3:04 unpleasant, but it didn't really bother me personally because it came too early in the video and I was still completely awake by then.
I agree, Also, if you've heard beeping like that before, it sounds really close to what a program sounds like when your computer overhheats.
Same goes for the phone though.

i just love how nowadays whenever a phone rings in a TV program and has a known ringtone (iphones specially) people start to look around to check if it is their phones before whoevers on the TV answers it or someone realizes "oh its from the TV", this vid is no exception
Oh my goodness, lock and keys. I never thought of that. Which is funny, because I have a certain lock and let that I LOVE to mess with because the noises just put me in a trance. Oh, and wonderful video. Doctor offices always make me feel anxious, but I didn't feel that during the video, seeing as how realistic it felt. Keep up the great work! 👍

The phone ringing just past 3 minutes in kind of bugged me, but otherwise, great video as usual. Phone rings are designed to be annoying/distracting to draw attention to themselves and cause urgency so they're answered, so a little out of place, I think. Like I said, though, you do amazing work, and I'm really appreciative of it.
I'm so sorry. You are right. I've already added annotations just before the ringing sound, so that other viewers could be prepared. It was a very bad idea, and I don't know why I made it. Probably I wanted too much to make it very realistic, and I lost myself not remembering what is the main purpose of this video. I'm glad you were able to put up with, and enjoy the rest of the video anyway.
