Reef Brawlers | Trolling deep diving lures REALLY WORKS!

- Ahoy legends, this week I head out on a trolling mission with Snapper and Pelagics on my mind. It was tough but this lure saved the day!!
The plan was to troll small deep divers around the inshore reefs on dawn and then put out a spread of marlin lures once the sun was up. I hadn't heard many reports of marlin being caught, but hey sometimes you gotta make the report! Hope you enjoy the video!

My go to diver has been a Rapala CD18 in silver mackerel. Make sure you upgrade the hooks though, a big hoo or tuna will straighten them out. Tight lines!

Had the same kind of day on Thursday. Weather & sea were Superb! One strike on the stbd corner, rough leader after I reeled it in so might have been the black marlin. Current was full on! FADS (36 & 50's East) were no good either. Just dead out there for the fish but wonderful day on the ocean. So, thanks for your video, if you got a 1 snapper & one hit then I, as a mere mortal, I don't feel bad with a nil result...

HAHAHAH Sammy, that was a good one. The suspense of the trolling was really top notch, it's not always about the prize. And to top it off, the no audio at the end 👌. One last thing, that 4k stream quality on my monitor was out of this world; wow it's worth it just for that video alone, what stunning footage. Thank you. Keep it up!

Awesome video Sammy, I have a quick question. Why don't you put out your spread with the farthest bait first so you don't have to worry about your ba its tangling as you send them out ?
Hey Sammy , been watching you're channel for a couple of years now, I'm a pom but I'm lucky I get to travel quite a lot and fish whenever I can. wanted to ask- is there a ' rule of thumb ' when you brain spike the fish, is it different with each species? love your channel and hope you know how lucky to have all those fish in your back yard ( I know you do)
