It does if you push the horse too hard, ie making them breathe too hard, have a high blood pressure, putting stress on them, not riding them properly etc etc. Lung bleeding primarily happens in horse racing, even so, we take steps to prevent things like lung bleeding to happen. I gallop, but only for however long the horse wants to.

You make your videos so well presented and just stunning. You and your friends horses look so well cared and so pretty. Very experienced, brave friends you have that are literally riding without a hat and not holding on, is this allowed? (I'm sure it is lol!) Also, I have an idea: Do something similar without music. Like an actual 4D Experience!!

Just a warning but you should always wear a helmet even when walking a horse💙💙. By walking I mean ride walking you don’t have to wear one if your not riding 👍

I'm not as advanced as y'all but I truly love galloping. You feel so free and the horses enjoy it also.
