Mate, you say give it some force. you're not going to break it. I "tried to pop it out, & it broke!"
You obviously had it lose before you pulled the 1st piece out!! I believed you when you said give it some force.
Will you replace it? I'll send you photos!!

I just got the 2024 model, and the cheek pads seem to be attached to the hemlet.

Am I able to get smaller cheek pads for a medium? I ask because it fits everywhere else but it really squishes my cheeks.
