Obviously this was a gnarly insane trick, but honestly what is the point of this? I get it , kid was wild for trying that but it was super unnatural. Like a few of those first slams were way out of line, not worth the concussion. Hopefully dude will get his shine out of this and have a career start in the skate world, but let's be honest this stuff is out of control. People expect different gnarly risky stuff now every month. And guess what? After a few weeks nobody cares, swipe to the right. And no money out of any of this. As a pro or amateur you have to beat the crap out of yourself for years just to get any credit for your status. It's a labor of love, but how bout all the kids who rip who never actually make it? I know plenty. Plenty of kids who spent decades ripping to just get forgotten at the end, and dealt with all types of health issues after. All's I'm saying is weigh your battles, cool to push the limit but keep it realistic.
@@rabajdajr3001 Definitely something to consider for the youngins. Skateboarding is not a sustainable career no matter how good you are (unless you are in the top top top tier with sponsors out the ass). Weigh your options when doing gnarly sh*t, because sometimes (like you said) it's just not worth it. Some people really just do it for the culture though, so more power to them.

But when you watch this behind the scenes rough cut, it just comes off ridiculous. Like there's no asphalt in sight. Roll away into grass then roll out in a dirt road on a golf course? Then that rhino guy is out there removing that fence multiple times so he can ride into the dirt. IDK just almost doesn't seem like skateboarding, more like parkour stunt man stuff. More power to that kid for getting a clip, imo it just isn't worth the risk and effort

What size wheels is he riding? They look like the off road monster truck 4x4 Zarosh wheels. Truly gnarly nonetheless
They're not the big monster truck/ tractor tyre looking wheels. They look more like long board wheels. I had a set of the big monster truck looking ones but found big soft long board wheels were actually better for off roading.
