Ayon po sa DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2020-2227, given their roadworthiness, these types of vehicles may be allowed to pass through secondary national highways if no alternate routes were designated by the local government units (LGUs) and that they must use the outer most lane or the right most portion of the road. However, it may still depend on the LGU of your location to allow the passage of Bajaj three-wheeled vehicle on the national roads. Thanks for asking.. Pwede po siya sa service roads kung saan allowed magply ang tricycles. Sometimes, it depends po sa local government unit kung saan-saan ang allowed ito. Pero sa major thoroughfares, hindi po ito allowed since tricycle po ito - either for private or business use. Bajaj RE is considered as tricycle therefore its road usage is same as that of tricycles. @@BajajPhilippines hindi ho yan tricycle, bakit pinipilit niyo na tricycle yan eh, hindi naman yan tricycle. napakalayo ng deperensiya niyan sa tricycle. tricycle is a motor with a sidecar, may sidecar ba yan? kaya hindi maerihistro ng maayos ang classification niyan sa LTO, kasi gusto niyong mga dealer na tricycle siya kahit naman hindi. hindi tuloy siya pwede magamit sa highway ng mga private user kasi tricycle ang classification niya imbes na non conventional motorcycle kung saan pwede sa highway. sa ibang bansa auto ang tawag nila diyan. hanggat maaari nga dapat ilaban niyo mga dealer sa LTO na hindi rin ito motorcycle kundi three wheeled auto. yung drivetrain nito katulad ng sa auto pati ang brakesytem. at higit sa lahat hindi ito cycle kaya hindi rin ito dapat tawaging three wheeled motorcycle. sa mga tricycle driver kasi ang focus ng market niyo kaya maraming private user ang ayaw na lang bumili kasi bawal sa highway dahil tinawag niyong tricycle.
