one way is too set the max distance to a lower number then inf and a 2nd way is (the best way) make the billboard gui size to how you big you want it to be (make on x and y scale 0 on offset then only use size to make it the size you want) and that should be it. you just gotta make sure that the billboard gui offset size is 0
