Also the cool calm way you have explained the things really easy to understand how to plan a good and economical house. Rather making too fancy bungalow with overhyped interior you have planned everything beautifully. Sir really Impressive video and your beautiful house. The video is cleverly shot in night because in day you don't have the sunlight entering the house because there are no windows on the side walls. Very pooly designed house. What is the point of a very beautiful house if you have don't have wind and sunlight coming from all directions. In Hyderabad it is mandatory rule by Hyderabad Urban Development Authority HUDA which states that for an average 150 sq yards house there should be 3 feet gap on all sides for each house which makes 6 feet gap when considering the neighbours house as well..this makes easy wind and sunlight ventilation for both houses which makes our health better and also it is easy for rescue operations to reach on any end of the house using rescue cranes.

I want to ask some facts , in Indore it seems like their municipal have a very less requirements regarding open areas in front & back. In our city , their is strict . Such as if 6 mt facing road then u have to leave 10 ft from front , 5 feet from back as parking. If it's 2 road house , then 15ft from front , 10 from side , & 5ft from back must as empty space .

amazing explanation I appreciate that don't mind I saw two mistakes in your villa first you did not install door closer for main door if someone forget for close the door then will be open that time not close here failed electronic lock second first floor bedroom and study room windows coming up each other there bedroom privacy is broken and you used teakwood in balcony that is damage from the rain water you can use fiber or aluminium teakwood design strips 😅😅😅😅
