- Today me and @rollerbearding roller skate down Santa Monica beach and end up skating all the way to Venice Beach and the iconic Venice Skate park. This is one for the first videos I got to film in California and I hope you guys enjoy the rest of the rollerblading series from this exploring trip. I'm not from California but I do live on the west coast. I think people just aren't expecting anyone to randomly say hi to them while skating so they just don't know how to react in the split second they get passed, that's how I would react anyway :p Fun video! I don't like sand. It's coarse and rough and irritating - and it sucks to skate in!
we in the south of france all say high and seriously know how to skate -) love your videos cos you do what i used to do with my skate gang , unfortunately i had to take a break cos i got diagnosed with cancer , so watching your videos helps me fill the void , thanks

California introduced skating outside on the beach path 50s 60s especially in the 70s that is back when that sort of thing wasn't being done anywhere else including Maryland in the South 1970s and earlier.

Is it easy to take rollerblades on airplanes as a carry on?
Yes it is, I usually never have a problem. I also have a backpack that stores the skates on the side

it’s too cold to swim most of the time in california unless it’s a particularly hot summer day💀, the Pacific ocean itself is much colder than the Atlantic so it’s not a very fun beach day imo 😭

I was with you until you kept raggin' on the LA skate scene. We're not fake, just vibin' and trying not to eat shit on the sketchy sand and cracks. Lol chill. I get you're excited to be around other skaters but constantly pointing out that no one is as excited as you cus' they're used to it was....

You’re beyond ignorant about California… if I came to your state (think you said Maryland) and clearly didn’t know what I was talking about, but I was trashing the people and the state, wouldn’t you be a little perturbed? You’re in the MOST tourist-ee part of California. A lot of those “Californians” you’re running into aren’t locals. At least you said some nice things sorrrrrta :p. Enjoyed the video tho!
I was an inline skater in Houston downtown an old Urban Animal, I live in Monaco now. Is that a homing Texna drone that your using to follow you around. Get to London Canary Wharf on the Southside Thames river awesome 5 miles of skating there.
