i just do it in highest setting regular mode. I just use the app on my desktop and export in highest quality. Import the flat clips to premiere pro and then do minimal color adjustments. Like I genuinely don't know how to color grade well so I just do basic adjustments but it's usally pretty decent. I try face in right direction with as much sunlight as possible because when this camera is in low light it doesn't perform as well as in good sunlight. Also try not to edit the clip too much as the more u edit in insta360 desktop app, the more the quality can drop if you zoom in or out to much or warp it... i try to keep it looking somewhat realistic.
via ferrata is strapped in so actually seems fairly safe.. crumbly trails and cliff edges are always a risk for fall with no harness. We always try to take care and not go in rainy weather or day after storm to give best chance of no accidents.

Great video but...camera is very deceiving. You know it's not that narrow 😉
