I actually liked how he respected her decisions instead pushing & judging her like everyone did. That’s how a healthy partnership should look like, he doesn’t own her. He still said himself that he knew her well enough that she would go back to Yale & it was only temporary. People kept romanticizing Jess gesture but he barely accepted that she might have liked at least a little bit of the new world she was in. Jess’s best scene is when he brings over the care package for Rory saying that it’s from Luke but it was actually from him and he made it so that he had a excuse to come over and see Rory ❤❤❤
I still defend Rory even though she made some monumentally stupid decisions, none of the guys Lorelai dated actually deserve her. Not max, not Jason, especially not Christopher, I wish Alex had stuck around longer. As for Rory, she should have dated Finn instead of EVERYONE else, Jess should have come a lot later

Um, some real bias coming out in this video...The older I get, the more I can't stand Dave Rygalski. Can anyone on here who is an actual parent say that would be okay with their daughter dating a boy who continually lied to them? And yes, we can argue about how strict Mrs. Kim was, but that doesn't make it right that Dave spent all his time manipulating Mrs. Kim just so he and Lane could be together. He and Lane also lied to their bandmates the whole time. At least Zach had the balls to tell Mrs. Kim that he loved Lane, was dating her, and there was nothing Mrs. Kim could do about it, which, ironically made Mrs. Kim respect him more.
Zack didn’t have the balls to tell Mrs Kim. Kyon told Mrs Kim and when she confronts Zack, he is shaking his head saying no. Dave wasn’t trying to lie, he was trying to work with Mrs Kim’s boundaries so that she would like him as a person first, because there was no way that high school Lane could’ve been able to date him. He was the most respectful person in that entire show. My mom said that if someone was willing to do everything he did to date her daughter, she would actually appreciate him more. In my opinion, if his worst offense is not immediately telling his band mates and doing everything he can to make Mrs Kim like him, then he’s still the most perfect character in this show. Ps. Sorry if this came off as aggressive, I wasn’t trying to. Just trying to defend Dave a little 😅😂
I never saw it that way, as Dave manipulating Mrs. Kim. I think he was trying to figure out how to be able to date Lane because he genuinely cared for her, and he didn't want Lane's relationship with her mother to suffer either. They were a couple of teenagers who went about things not in the best way. Dave more than made up for it by apologizing to Mrs. Kim and then going as far as to read the entire Bible just to find a way to make things better.
@@mitsukai7192 Maybe manipulate is too negative a word. I don't think he did anything from a bad place, but it still disturbs me how easy it was for him to lie about being Christian or liking the nasty vegan food she was serving. Or when Lane and he both thought it would be a good idea to pretend to hate each other to throw the band off track. I've dealt with unpleasant liars in my own life, so maybe the ease at which Dave did these things is a trigger for me. 🤷♀
Out of all the guys in Gilmore Girls Luke has still been my favorite, and Jess is still the best boyfriend for Rory. When he does his best scene, I never get tired of it, I thought the worst scene from him was when he leaves for the second time all because he didn't want to face his problems of redoing his senior year. But overall I think Luke is the best, he is the only sane person in Stars Hallow, very good company to talk to, and a great father figure to Rory and April. If I was in that show I would hang out at Luke's as well for a cup of hot chocolate or glass of milk with a slice of pie.
This is why I consider myself Team Mature Jess. Once Jess and Rory get together, there are a few times where he doesn't treat her very well. There are good things too of course, but still. Once he grows up and comes back though, I kept wishing she would leave Logan and get back together with him. Every time she's gone off course, he's always been the one to help her find her way. He gives her the wake-up call about dropping out of Yale, and he suggests that she write the book about her and her mother.
@mitsukai7192 yeah when it got to the year episodes I did not like what rory was doing. Having an affair with logan while he is engaged to someone else, WHAT IS SHE THINKING?! She better than this. Older jess would have been a perfect match for her because they would have made great novels together but no rory will never be satisfied with anything that is not her way.

He knew she didn’t want to have kids and he knew how kids were made but he didn’t care and basically forced her to be pregnant anyways. I know it’s a show but I’d sue for that. No man should be able to dictate what happens to your body against your will, not even your husband.
jsut the way no man should be able to dicate a women on what to do with her body, so shouldn't a woman. sookie tried to ambush jackson into getting a vasectomy after 2 kinds when they always talked abt min 3. she didnt listen to him when he said he didn't want to. ik jackson looks more int he wrong because of the direct repurcussions, but it was also sookies fault.
No Kirk and Doyle mention!😢
kirk has no worst moments 😝
@@lauren5417I hated him when he wanted to buy the same property that Luke wanted or when he bargained por a cent or sth like that
@@lauren5417kirk is a silly boy.
Happy friday night, Emily, take care and God bless you. Greetings from Colombia to you as well
I like Richard. He is just like my father and his brothers(one of them is even named Richard. Lol): socially stupid, kinda mean, but they have the biggest hearts and will give you the shirts off of their backs if you need them. I didn't notice all of this until I rewatched the show after my father died.
Jess’s best scene is when he brings over the care package for Rory saying that it’s from Luke but it was actually from him and he made it so that he had a excuse to come over and see Rory ❤❤❤
Jess's worst moment was an absolute deal breaker for me 👎
I still defend Rory even though she made some monumentally stupid decisions, none of the guys Lorelai dated actually deserve her. Not max, not Jason, especially not Christopher, I wish Alex had stuck around longer. As for Rory, she should have dated Finn instead of EVERYONE else, Jess should have come a lot later
Finn >>>>
I never liked Zack 😂
Logan was the worse he married someone else and then slept with Rory and got her perganet in the new Gilmore girls the new Gilmore girl ruined everything for me I would never watch the new one ever agian I will still watch the original but never new one
No confirmation that Logan would be the father. There is a slim chance that it was Jess.
@@JorikPar she did not sleep with Jesse in the new Gilmore girls
@@jeanineaoun4558 Do you know that? Things can happen off screen.
@@JorikParit was confirmed it was not Jess. Also the only ones that know who the father is besides the creators is Lauren, Alexis and Matt (Logan). So we can assume since he’s the only one outside of the rest of the guys that knows who’s the dad, that possibly Logan is the father and it would make sense
@@JorikPar Logan is Rory's Christopher and Jess is Rory's Luke. Logan is going to be the baby's biological dad, but Jess will the one who is there for the kid the way Luke was for Rory.
@@bethp5027 You don't sound aggressive. No worries. We will have to agree to disagree.
I think Jason’s best moment was the Talking Key.
19:14 Cristopher best moment: …
Bro Jackson did nothing wrong by not getting the vasectomy like he should’ve told her that he wasn’t getting it but she can’t just say you’re getting a vasectomy that’s like a dude telling a girl she’s getting an abortion like no
Team Logan ❤❤❤
Any team Logan’s in the chat?
Max es perfecto dioos
swoon: Luke
worst: Richard 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 that would be instant divorce for me
i don't think luke's worst moment is keeping april from lorelai, sorry but if this would have happened to lorelai she would have done it the same way luke did it. i think lukes worst moment was when he didn't go with lorelais ultimatum i really don't know why i just think this
You are clearly team Logan 🤮
Clearly 🤮
as she should be
christopher has so many worst moments i cant even name all off them but i would definetly not put this one on the list (not that it isn't bad but still)
the worst for dean cheats jess bad boy image logan's attitude christopher's third wheeling any women along also his breakup with luke and lorelai luke his constant mad rage attitude and april the entire role of april being part of his life
And I thought wrestling was brutal
Hk
Jess was the worst character in the whole show.
Agreed but he had pretty good character growth in the end
Nah, that's Rory she becomes insufferable as the series goes on
THANK YOU!!!!!
@heatherharris2843 you're welcome. Now, as I was saying, I think Rory should end up with Jess.
@@HAsway07oh no I was replying to the comment saying he was the worst
The best moments were definitely every time Rory wore tight pants, those were my favourite episodes…
you are a disgusting waste of flesh and bone
That's a bit weird
um wtf
Dean was the worst boyfriend ever
Lorlai was a drama queen
I’ve never liked Logan at all so all of his moments for me are bad. I think he’s a big reason why Rory’s character degraded…🫠
tbh i really hate jason
