Could you make a video diving deep into more of the financing aspect of triple net lease properties? Like what you need to put down, interest only, balloon payment etc.
Definitely corporate because they have a bigger financial backing (although there are some rare exceptions). You don’t need a license to do it if you’re buying or leasing them for yourself
